The staff were not overly friendly. They didn't go out of their way to give information about the wineries and city.

The staff is not very friendly. The breakfast is rather horrible.

Proximity to the dozens of wonderful and varied Tapas bars of old Longrono. Wish we had been staying longer than an overnight stop-over. Would have been even better with a couple of friends with whom to share some great food and excellent wine !.

Although we had an exact location, we drove around for 30-45 mins before we found the hotel entrance. They should have a sign sticking out from their wall. There was also a street sign which directed us away from the hotel. Bizarrely, it was placed on a street corner only 5 yards from the hotel entrance.

It was in the center and it was a festival and still we didn´t hear anything of it. We slept good in a nice and clean room. Nice people in the reception.

Lights in bathroom made it hot and stuffy. Only one member of staff in the evening, so couldn't leave the desk to perform other tasks. View from window onto another building with windows, not pretty and privacy issues.

We really enjoyed our stay in this friendly well designed hotel. It is very central in this lovely town.

The lift for cars, its a very tight squeeze into the lift that takes the car to the carpark - we left quite a scratch on our car.

Nearby the old city part, camping place (outdoor swimming pool), shops, ... Across the road is a free parking place! Very clean design rooms! Excellent price...

The staff was helpful in every way. From directions to calling local vineyards to set up visits to even noticing that I wasn't feeling well at breakfast and went out of their way to make me some tea and honey that they thought would help.

Good reasonably priced hotel with excellent location in what must be the hidden jewel of the north of spain, logrono.

Can be a bit noisey very occasionally if in front bedrooms,but not a big problem in this very friendly well behaved city. Don't let that put you off.

We booked a 3 bed room with an extra bed - this was not available when we arrived but nobody had informed us of this. The staff later brought an extra bed to the room.

Excellent position for bars and especially the numerous tapas bars nearby.

A modern comfortable hotel although a little impersonal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very pleasant and clean and surprisingly quiet as hotel is located in busy area. Easy to get to the Rioja area and visit the many Bodegas.

The breakfast was not very good value at Euros 10 per person as its easy to get full breakfast for Euros 5 just along the road.

el parking es incómodo y el desayuno no vale nada

Muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del casco antiguo y de la zona de tapas. Además la zona es tranquila porque la calle es peatonal. Muy cerca del hotel hay un aparcamiento grande y gratuito para dejar el coche. El personal de recepción es muy atenta. La habitación muy confortable y amplia, la cama de matrimonio enorme. Volvería a repetir si volvemos a Logroño.

El precio del desayuno, 11 euros, debería de estar incluido en el precio de la habitación. El colchón de la cama estaba muy blando.
