PortAventura® Hotel Caribe    

He tingut una grata sorpresa amb l'hotel, no imaginava ni que hi havia diversos edificis ni que tot estaria tan ben cuidat, tant els interiors de les habitacions com sobretot els exteriors, amb una piscina meravellosa i la jardineria que et trasllada realment al Carib. Hem estat en una habitació quadruple i hem estat molt a gust, absolutament recomanable. L' esmorzar molt complert i l' organització perfecte.

L' únic que no ens va agradar va ser la qualitat del menjar, ens referim al sopar.

Piscina, buffet, jardins, minidisco, espectacle, trenet aPort Aventura, instal.lacions, musica.....

Hi havia una caca al costat de la piscina, vem avisar al socorrista i no va fer res. Al cap d'una hora vam avisar a la recepció, i al cap d'una estona va apareixer una dona de la neteja, que va donar una volta i ja se n'anava quan la vam parar per explicar-li on era la caca. Finalment la va recollir, però perquè nosaltres vam insistir tres cops!! (socorrista, recepció, dona de la neteja). Sembla que ningú es fa responsable davant una petita incidència com aquesta. Ens agradaria poder fer el check-in a les 12 com en qualsevol hotel, i no fer tanta cua com sempre per fer el check-in.

Good location, very close to Port Aventura park.

Facilities are quite old. The food in the restaurant is expensive.

We stayed in an exclusive part of the Hotel, San Juan, which had bigger rooms and a separate breakfast area. The quality and variety was very good with the cooked choice served to you swimming table. The swimming pools were lovely and staff very helpful.

The pool facilities were very good and well manned by two life guards and many families played together, friendly atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained and appealing to look at.

The rooms were not comfortable - beds too small, furniture too basic & just no element of comfort. The variety of snack food was very poor to limited and the opening times for restaurants were not flexible. The level of English or other than Spanish being spoken was limited and no real effort by staff to engage or be helpful. The dining area for breakfast was no better than a cattle mart, guests and staff were impatient and bullish in their behaviour and very off putting when trying to have a peaceful breakfast/ meal. Whilst the cleaning staff were very good at their job, the noise they made earlier in the morning cleaning other rooms was dreadful.

Very good location in relation with the PorAventura Park.Puerto Viejo restaurant.

Buffet Bohio - very expensive and very low variety of food.A place to be avoided.

we found that the level of staff professionalism was very high. inspite of high season, the staff does its best to serve the guests. the infrastructure of the hotel impressed us too - outside swimming pools were a perfect chance to relax during the hot august days. the hotel was a phantastic place also not very far from the beach. we choose this hotel also because of the nearness to the aquatic park to go to with our 4-year-old daughter. we recommend this hotel very much to families with children and hope to come back again next year.

it was a pitty that the kids club on the territory of the hotel compound was open only for the tourists of one travel company and the entry for other children was not allowed.

Having free unlimited access to the theme park really made our holiday! We went every day we were there and did something different everytime. There was a fantastic fireworks display every night which you could also see from our balcony in our room. There was a great selection of restaurants which we ate at on the grounds of the theme park. We bought an express pass at the hotel reception for half price which got us on every ride without queuing which was brilliant because a lot of the queues were an hour long. It really was like being in a hotel in Florida rather than Spain. The hotel was gorgeous and totally relaxing. They put a lot of effort into the environment within the hotel grounds and there always seemed to be someone cleaning something or re-painting something, they really maintain it to the highest standard. You wouldn't even want to leave the resort to go to Salou because its like a different world and you have everything you would need.

I could not say a bad word about this hotel. Had a fantastic holiday and will definitely go back in the future.

Spacious rooms. Marvellous breakfast.

Very expensive prices at the restaurant and cafe. Especially toby a small bottle of water was 1.70 euro!!! The staff at the reception was unfriendly and very busy with the groups reservations. The rooms were not ready and you had to wait to prepare them although we had checked in at around 4.00pm!! There wasnt any transfer from the train stop to the hotel or backwards so we had to walk with our luggages in the sun! I do not recommend it as I excpected something better from a 4 star hotel!

We booked the hotel for one night, but they gave us access to PortAventura park for 2 days (the day we checked in and checked out). So we visited the evening show at 11pm after checking in and also enjoyed the full day after a good sleep in the hotel and a nice buffet breakfast.

Close to the theme park and the pool area

l'amabilité du personnel toujours disponible ,intervention rapide sur demande de technicien ,chambre agréable grand lit et terrasse , picine de sable magnifique ,petit déjeuner,accès port aventura à 10 mn à pied,Salou et sa plage à 5mn en voiture

la propreté laissant à désiré du sol de la chambre et pas de douche .
