Very good. Facilities are really good. We enjoyed all facilities. The location which is very close to Portaventura is really great. Nothing much. They should provide a kettle and coffee/tea making in the room included in the cost. They had not but at a coat this was available. Other that this, our stay was excellent.

great location close to the Port Aventura Park poor explanations were given for clients regarding the facilities of the hotel; no timetable /explanation regarding the bus to/from Salou and Barcelona exists; almost no explanations exist in English

Complimentary shuttle straight from hotel to park entrance (and back again). Left luggage/concierge staff really helpful. Able to start using hotel facilities & access to park from our am. Arrival right through to when we were picked up last day pm for shuttle to airport. Fridge in room and WiFI from common hotel areas (although too busy enjoying the park and relaxing in the pool to use it - yes!) Great place for my young teen to meet new friends and play around the pool. It would be good to have a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea!

we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the park was great and the hotel offers endless facilities for the children. Breakfast was good. room was pretty basic. Walls are thin so we could hear every disrupting noise from the rooms near by. No wi fi in the room.

Close to the theme park The hotel staff should explain more about trips into Port Aventura and salou. It seemed like they want you to only stay in the resort. Would liked to have had a cortesy shuttle to take us into the main town.

Hotel idéal pour profiter de Port Aventura ( 10mn à pied, on retrouve le calme..! ), chambre très correcte, parking gratuit, jardins et bungalows spacieux et bien entretenus, petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, personnel souriant et serviable.... Un très bon rapport qualité-prix!

Deux piscines : l'une avec du sable et une plage et l'autre piscine- piscine le spa : piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, hammam, salle de sport pret de serviette gratuit il suffit de donner le numéro de la chambre petit dejeuner pantagruélique en terrasse pour éviter le bruit et profiter du soleil c'est encore mieux le parc à 3 minutes en petit train et la ville de salou et sa plage en 20 minutes à pied pour langer des tapas en front de mer La chambre double était une chambre avec deux lits simples collés la reception qui a refusé de telephoner pour appeler un bus alors que nous ne parlions pas un mot d'espagnol le parc qui ferme à 20 h c'est un peu tot

удобное месторасположение к портавентура,каждые 10мин ходит минипоезд в парк.есть парковка. отель на краю города салоу,выйти без авто некуда. маленький закрытый бассейн. магазина рядом нет. номера на полу с плиткой,слышимость ужасная! рекомендую только на 2-3 дня для посещения парка!

в целом неплохо, но персонал очень странный. найти человека говорящего по-испански весьма трудно. зато есть русскоговорящая девушка на стойке регистрации. уборщица — это как танк, который уже не остановишь если она вошла в номер. таблички "не беспокоить" не помогают потому что их постоянно срывает ветром. также весьма бедный выбор ресторанов для отеля такого размера. детское питание в оставшихся, тихий ужас на основе картофеля фри...!
