PortAventura® Hotel El Paso  

Hotel location is excellent being just outside Port Aventura theme park. There is a train which stops outside the hotel every 10-15mins & runs up the hill to the park. The hotel buffet is very good with excellent selection of salads & cooked foods to suit most tastes - great for kids. Rooms were cleaned daily & towels etc all changed. Pool had good shallow play area to keep younger kids entertained.

WIFI was restricted to hotel reception area & very slow. Rooms are small with all beds in single living space. Entertainment a little repetitive although the kids enjoyed it. Pool very busy & never a lounger past 9am - put your towels down early ! Theme park resteraunts included with the package were nowhere near the same quality and selection as hotel - fast food only. Expected more for the money.

The park was lovely i become a child again for that week , the food was good so much to choose from ! we enjoy our stay there and would come again

There was not enough entertainment for us adult in the evening.

Balcony too small.could not fit a chair out there.beds v small

Las habitaciones y el baño no se corresponden con el resto de las instalacones, son simples y están un poco deterioradas

Localização, organização e bom trato dos funcionários.

Heel lekker eten, heel mooi en proper zwembad. Op gelijk welk uur je arriveert aan het zwembad, je zal altijd een ligstoel vinden. 's Avonds ook steeds genoeg plaats aan de bar om nog iets te drinken. Port Aventura ligt echt vlakbij en is heel leuk om te doen. We raden wel aan om een expresticket aan de balie van het hotel te kopen. Dat kost 8 eur per persoon, maar zo moet je echt nergens lang aanschuiven. Ook de aanwezigheid van Woody in het hotel was leuk voor de kids.

Enig minpuntje: voor het ontbijt werken ze met kaartjes. Als je arriveert in het hotel, moet je al beslissen om welk uur dat je 's morgens gaat eten voor de ganse vakantie (keuze tussen 8 uur, half 9, 8u45, 9 uur, ...).

En realidad toda nuestra estancia ha sido fabulosa. Genial el animador. La comida, el personal, todo muy ordenado. Si pudiera volvería mañana mismo.

The unlimited food, snacks and drinks throughout the day; the efficient trains that pass regularly in front of the hotel and drop you off at Portaventura; the characters that visit the hotel; the large pool.

The pasta was always over cooked; the hotel gets too noisy and over crowded at times
