One night at the hotel gives you 2-day pass to the Park! The park is really 2 minutes walk from your room! Very cool! Though the check-in time was at 3 pm the staff cheked us in at 11 am cause the room was ready. And we went straight to the park :) Breakfast was very good.

It was quite boring when the park was closed in the evening. The hotel itself seems to be quite old already, it is especially seen in the bathroom.

The hotel staff should give more information on the tags as we were sent back from the rides all the way to the hotel. Also, the hotel needs to elaborate what all excess means when the booking is being made.

Disappointed that there was no comfortable indoor bar area in the hotel. Too cold to suit outside in the evening after dinner.

Great price - worked out almost as cheap to stay and have 2 days theme park as 1 day tickets to the park. Brilliant Halloween festival shows really enjoyed them. No issues with early arrival, checked in 4 hrs early with no complaints.

Mattresses very uncomfortable - like sleeping on a plank and sons aged 12 and 8 not impressed at having to share a double bed!

Great for the kids, easy access to the parks.

We booked this early and with the 50% discount and park entry included it was quite a treat! Fantastic location, right by the Mediterranean area of the park, big rooms ( we got two double beds in a standard room!). Very comfortable beds, and even though there were kids' activities going on in the evening we couldn't hear anything from our room. Swimming pools and sauna right by our room - great - and the breakfast buffet really filled us up in the morning.

The restaurants at the hotel are pretty expensive and because of where you are it's the only real option for eating. You get a plentiful buffet spread for £20/head but that's a bit steep if you're there a few nights. The restaurant staff were also not very courteous when they spilled drinks on one of us. If visiting I'd say fill up on breakfast at the hotel and then get lunch in one of the park restaurants during late afternoon.

Payment of the room before occupation

It s very close to the parc. It offers you a great deal with free entrance to portaventura. The looks of it is very mediteranean, very charmant may i say. And the Mediteranean bufet , if u catch it .... It's really goooood :))))

Not really as a dislike ..., but our room was faaaar from everything

The location of the hotel is its best advantage. It is inside the park. The swimming pools of the hotel are very good.

The quality of the breakfast is not that good. You have to walk a long distance to go to some rooms.

Locatin good for family with kids playing area

The most convenient is the hotel's proximity to the park Port Aventura.

The quality of cleaning rooms is low. After settling, we saw a lot of untidy hair on the floor of the room, the bathroom. In addition, the hotel staff did nothing when our guests on our floor was awakened by resting students. They shouting, clapping doors or talking loudly. We have repeatedly called on the reception, but nobody answered for more than an hour. We were forced to leave the room and independently resolve the situation. We have expressed their complaints at the reception the next day. On this we were told that a representative of the hotel allegedly engaged in the solution of the problem, but we have not seen or heard of a single representative of the hotel at night.

Very nice hotel,clean and comfort,not noisy and in same price you got the free entry in park.In end of may not too much people so planty of space in restoran ,parks.

The pool are closed early!!Why? after the the park closing time we need to relax in pool but in same time 7pm pool is closed,and i do not see some cheap tranfer between park and airport and city even the cantar is 20 min, far away.
