Friendly staff. Good food. Variety in buffets. Excellent service in the information desk.

Beds, to hard Impossible to share one pillow between two people. All the restaurants in the park were closed.

Location and design of the hotel was ideal.

The food in the restaurant Italia could be improved.

Breakfast was excellent By staying one night you get to use the park for 2 days so its well worth it we arrived at 10am and room was ready the kids loved the park

Food in Italian restaurant very poor. Tiles around hotel area treacherous when wet from rain. Difficult to find your way to rooms, very large hotel. No details in rooms regarding contacting reception etc

I went to go to the amusement park and when I came back the hotel in the evening and found the kingdom of the ants in the room and within the clothes in bags and unfortunately had to deal with bad compared Director four stars next time I will to book anther hotel near the park

I like the location of Portaventura as its next to the Theme Park.

I didnt like the long pillows on the beds. The tiled floor made the room cold. There were no toiletries in the bathroom no shower cap. Only a soap and shampoo dispenser. No soap by the sink.

When we arrived they didn't have our booking so we were inconvenienced for 40 minutes while they rebooked us in. This was such a pain as our flight was put back too so we didnt arrive till 3.30. So overall we had just over two days so we wanted to make the most of our stay.

Everything about the hotel itself was amazing, the staff were great and so were the people if I had to complain about anything it is that everything is overpriced but then again you expect that with a hotel like that.The theme park is literally 2 minutes away from our room and you can come and go as you please.

Here's the main thing that made our holiday horrible. Booking.com Gave us the wrong room upon booking which resulted in us having to pay €300 Euro extra, on top of that we didn't get a different room so that meant I had to sleep on the floor for the week, I urge you to not book with booking.com as doing so may also result in them consequences. The hotel was great, this website wasn'T. They refused to comment on anything or give us some compensation. All I got was "Sorry for any inconvenience caused". I recommend you stay here but book through portaventura.com when booking.

The access to & from the park via the hotel was good. The availability of two pools & layout of the grounds meant that even with the large amount of guests it did not feel overcrowded.

The price of drinks & meals are expensive. The rides at the park were all not available at the opening of the park at 10:00 thus sues quickly built up - They should consider providing early access to on site guests (similar to the practice in the USA parks) as along as the rides are also opened.

I felt the hotel was very expensive / over priced.

It's very comfortable and beatiful hotel, especially for trip to the park Port Aventura - 5 min walking from the main entrance to the park. Very polite stuff, exellent breakfast, very tide large room and large beds, but small swimming pool :)

Price for anything...

One night at the hotel gives you 2-day pass to the Park! The park is really 2 minutes walk from your room! Very cool! Though the check-in time was at 3 pm the staff cheked us in at 11 am cause the room was ready. And we went straight to the park :) Breakfast was very good.

It was quite boring when the park was closed in the evening. The hotel itself seems to be quite old already, it is especially seen in the bathroom.

The hotel staff should give more information on the tags as we were sent back from the rides all the way to the hotel. Also, the hotel needs to elaborate what all excess means when the booking is being made.

It was right inside Portaventura It was very clean The staff were freindly and helpful

The cooked breakfast was cold and served on cold plates even at 8am There was a spike on the bedroom floor when there should have been a door-stop - my daughter hurt her foot on it We asked for more toilet paper but no-one brought any

Disappointed that there was no comfortable indoor bar area in the hotel. Too cold to suit outside in the evening after dinner.
