nice big room, very comfortable bed, well furnished bathroom

1/ horribly noisy street; no chance for sleep or rest at night; 2/ staff speaks practically no foreign language; 3/ breakfast very expensive (10 euro!) but totally inadequate and not fresh; 4/ breakfast starts at 8, or so they say; however, the waitress arrived late; in effect, we were late for the Alhambra, and nobody even apologized

Charming and helpful staff. Fabulous location for visiting the old city and sights. Clean and pleasant place to stay. Very nice bathrooms.

Rather hard beds. Very noisy (on Saturday night only) because of a neighbouring disco.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean accommodation. The bathroom was the best, with its steam/sauna/shower cubicle. Much nicer than any other 4 star hotels we've stayed in.

We had a room on the 4th floor (which was actually 2nd floor off the street level). Despite having double glazing and wooden window shutters, we could hear a fair amount of outside noise, and because of this, we didn't have peaceful nights' sleep at all. Perhaps the rooms facing the inner courtyard would have been a better choice?

The room is beautiful and spotlessly clean. and the location is unbeatable! secs to restaurants, bars and shops and mins to all moments including Alhambra. Staffs are friendly and speaks English.

We heard noise either from street or some other rooms. It is not very high but noticeable.

Facilities were excellent. Rooms very spacious - shower and steam were magnificent. restaurant was superb. Staff extremely helpful - broken toilet repaired immediately. Why is it only 3 star?

The interior of the hotel is very attractive with a very pleasant courtyard. The room was vert comfortable and spacious with an amazing ensuite bathroom. The location of the hotel is very central close the major sightseeing and shopping locations as well as the very vibrant backstreets which come alive in the late evening. We used a taxi to get there but I'd imagine it could be quite difficult for someone on foot to locate without comprehensive directions.

The breafast which came at an extra cost of €5 per person was pretty poor consisting of a coffee, orange juice and 2 slices of toast. Other hotels in the same category have offered incredible buffet breakfasts often included in the price, though, having said that, this was not a major issue.
