Almost everything was perfect, food, cleanliness and service.

The prices in the bar were a tad high

We have stayed there before and we like the closeness to the beach and the views from the hotel rooms.

The price of the table wine has gone up consierably since the last time we stayed and a jug of water should be provided free of charge at dinner times.

Good entertainment provided, friendly staff

Be prepared to be with mainly spanish clientele

We were put in a downstairs room through a service door and these were in the bowels of the hotel. The room was situated behind the air conditioning unit for the main cabaret bar and was very noisy at night. We were woken at 5am by the whole room shaking and I thought there had been an earthquake. The main generator was outside the room window and rattled so much it was impossible to sleep we got up and left at 6am missing breakfast as we couldn't wait to leave. I complained to the night receptiionist and she agreed that these rooms should not be booked out as they were so noisy. I bought this night in Benidorm as a birthday present for my husband and am so upset that it was a nightmare........................

On top of cost of room, which was too high, had to pay extra for beach towels, and cost of Wi-Fi was two Euros an hour. No one pays extra for beach towels and Wi-Fi. This hotel is dated. It is in very bad need of an upgrade. The large bar area looks like it hasnt been updated since the 1970s. Benidorm itself is like an old folks home. Most of the cafes, etc. are all closed down. Many other areas of beach in Spain that are far superior to this city.

Lifts are a nightmare

La situacion muy buena y todas las habitaciones con vistas a la playa. El desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones muy comodas. Lo recomiendo.

El parking es escaso. Estaba todo lleno y era septiembre.

Position of hotel very good.

Hotel towels very hard.should use softener in water found it hard to dry myself very hard .didnt find the spanish frendly at all, bar staff unsociable, and really no better on reception.mainly spanish in hotel just the odd english person entertainment quite good but again addressed to mainly the spanish.

We have now stayed at this hotel five times for it's location in benidorm & the position of the hotel facing the sea is beautiful. The only drawback we found was that the change of the one-way system is that you can't get a bus outside the hotel,if you want to travel to the center of benidorm you have to walk uphill behind the hotel to find a bus stop? Which we found to be rather a strain on our old legs as us being pensioners.

Bon emplacement avec une plage sans trop de monde. Buffets très corrects pour la pension complète très peu chère en Mai. Hotel régulièrement calme.

La literie commence à vieillir. Les quelques chambres prévues avec un grand lit sont à éviter, car faites pour des familles,avec le grand lit isolé des baies vitrées, et des lits jumeaux bien placés.

Были в начале мая, этот отель и правда полон пенсионерами, может быть просто не сезон. Развлекаловка соответствующая)) WiFi за плату 2 евро час или 7,5 евро день, при этом подключиться не удается из за перегруженности. Холодильник тоже за доп. плату. По телеку российских каналов не нашел.

Rummet var ibland ej städat före kl 1400 Ibland ej före 1200 Dåligt med gästparkering,obefintlig.

A 50 metros de la playa, situado en la de poniente, que es la tranquila. A 15 minutos andando al pueblo y a la playa de levante, a 15 minutos andando a la cala de finestrat. El hotel bien. Las vistas increibles. Las comidas "buffet" normales, pero muy cumplidoras. La pensión completa no incluye bebidas, aunque las ponen a mucha gente gratuita (unas jarritas con agua o vino), a nosotros solo 1 vez, cosa muy fea, o para todos o nadie... Se aparca muy bien en los alrededores, no hace falta coger el parking.

Se deben colocar carteles de "silencio por favor" a partir de ciertas horas pues la gente va por los pasilos de cualquier manera sin respeto alguno a los que queremos dormir, o se quedan charlando en el mismo a las 2 - 3 de la madrugada. ¡¡los ascensores!! lo peor, 4 para los 17 pìsos, con lo que las colas interminables... También sería muy bueno que ampliaran el horario de comidas al "español", que no todos son extranjeros, eso de acabar de comer como máximo a las 15'00 horas o las cenas a las 22'00 o los desayunos a las 10'00...

faltaban las colchonetas de las tumbonas en la piscina del hotel y me dicen que ni en pleno verano las ponen., muy mal me parece.

El buffet escaso para la cantidad de publico que son, los ascensores para perder la paciencia, si esto me ha pasado en abril no quiero imaginar lo que sera en verano, las habitaciones no tienen intimidad, se escucha todo.

Tuve problemas en recepción. Equivocaron las fechas de mi estancia. Me llamaron en varias ocasiones de recepción requiriéndome que dejara la habitación. Me clausuraron la llave y tuve que ir a validarla dos veces. En ese tiempo una señora abrió mi habitación. Afortunadamente yo estaba dentro, sino podría haberme dejado en la calle pues tenía todos mis bienes en ella: dinero, documentos, tarjetas, teléfono, llaves, etc. En pleno cabreo por este asunto, la señorita de la limpieza me pidió en varias ocasiones limpiar mi habitación a pesar de que yo había colocado el colgador de no molestar. En fin, luego vienen las disculpas pero ya no sirven. Un saludo
