Carlous, the only service member that was helpful, friendly and spoke english.

Maid service was bad, not knoking when entering! especially at bad timing, even though we had the DnD on the door. The hotel is out of the city which can be hard and frustrating to get to after a flight. if the price for the hotel was half, then i would definately recommend staying.

the bedroom, the bathroom and close to the bus stop

the staff, very impatient and rude. the only nice guy was the bagage boy. internet should be included in the cost of the room.

Very comfy rooms also a good area downstairs to relax and take time out

The daily menu needs changing at least every 2 days it was the same for 4 days

The staff was friendly and the restaurant staff was very helpful, especially the evening bartender, he was excellent

I left some clothes at the hotel and they are organising for them to be sent back - it costs for the postage, but i appreciate that they will go to the effort to return the items

The bathroom was really clean and nice.

We had difficulty in communicating with even the reservation desk staff in English.

cleanliness of our room, we got an alergy. hotel staff didnt want to call a taxi for us when we was leaving, he said he can not.
