Opulent and exclusive, the Ritz Madrid offers an experience unlike any other. Ideally located for the city’s museums, it has a luxurious spa, free parking and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 369 reviews Wonderful
Catalonia Gran Vía offers a terrace with a heated pool and views of Gran Via. There is free Wi-Fi, a spa and small gym. It is in central Madrid, between Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Cibeles.
Score from 2082 reviews Very good
Just 65 ft from Madrid’s famous Puerta del Sol Square, Hotel Mirador Puerta del Sol has air-conditioned rooms with a TV. It is on a pedestrianized street, a 3-minute walk from Gran Via Boulevard.
Score from 882 reviews Very good
The Urban Sea Hotel Atocha 113 is a modern and minimalist hotel is located next to the lovely Retiro Park, less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha Station.
Score from 1076 reviews Very good
size of room, balcony, view
Funkiness and friendliness .
The hotel is in a great location and the views from the top floor are impressive.
The rooms are very small.
The bed was a good size and the room was clean. The bathroom was a good size and the shower excellent
The room was tiny and had enough room for a bed only. The room was internally facing and felt very claustrophobic. I have stayed at this hotel before and having a room with a window and a view makes a huge difference.
Cleaning room service was not ready. Lack of staff person..
Location was perfect as it was within 100m from Puerto Del Sol. Room was small but stylish and comfortable, and they had upgraded me, which was a nice touch. I would definitely return to this hotel.
Location One outstanding front office staff who was incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating. Nice room with a great view. Quiet room even considering we were overlooking a very busy street.
Variable hot water. Variable wifi.
Each member of the staff was so ready to help us in our tenuous situation after suffering a robbery in the Madrid Metro
We didn't have time to enjoy the hotel because we were in such a rush due to our precarious situation
La atencion de recepcion es muy buena.
The hotel was very central with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful and modern and our balcony was the finishing touch. Loved the rooftop terrace and reception sitting area, great place to chill and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
It's well located. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful ANC we like the Art Deco theme through the hotel.
Our room is too small. We don't know if other rooms are bigger.
The central location of the hotel.
Unable to open a window as opened into an internal courtyard (building site). Constant noise from airconditioni ng units which all appeared to feed into this internal part of the building. Renovation work
Liked everything about the room.
The entrance to the hotel was very bare.
Personnal were friendly and very helpful. Location is outstanding. Great place
Placed right in the center of Madrid, within walking distance of most places of interest. Had a balcony on our room directly on the Gran Vía, but thanks to the double window the noise didn't disturb us at all. The rooftop on the 9th floor is just awesome. Perfect views of everything from above, and there are chairs and tables to chill out with a drink or whatever. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
I don't have any complaints
The breakfast option downstairs in the TapaTapa The bed was very comfortable The decoration and the reception area is really nice
Style and location of hotel.
Towels should have been changed over the course of our weekend stay.
close to everything, much better to be rated like bread and breakfast. coffee and tea should be free since we are basically self service. good wifi
not like a regular hotel, but good terrace and dining room. clean, minimal sound
Staff, Rooms, location, roofterrace,..
they are currently renovating the hallway's. So they were a bit dusty, but that's just a bit unpractical, no real downside .
In the middle of the action on Montera - next to gran vie metro station. Great bathroom
No space in room for luggage No map provided by reception staff Unhelpful staff when questioned about sightseeing (esp as no map given)
1) the hotel entrance is just opposite the Gran Via metro - it's rather easy to find it, super location 2) the creative design of the room and hotel lobby; 3) the staff is friendly and is ready to help; 4) it's possible to leave your luggage in case you want to walk around the city before the departure; 5) all the city facilities are very close to the hotel
wi fi connection - every trial to connect to the network were failed
Location was perfect. Situated so close to Gran Via so easy access to everywhere by metro. Also very walkable to the main sites. The lobby/reception area was gorgeous and so comfortable. Great view from room 405. Roof terrace was great!
Room could do with a mini fridge but otherwise more than adequate
The décor and style was very nice and as pictured on the website. The cleaning staff kindly showed me the other rooms and the one on the corner was stunning. My room was still nice.
Was surprised to find construction work and uncontrollable dust everywhere, although inside of rooms fine. My bags were dirty as a result. Finding that I was right opposite where prostitutes sell their services basically outside the door was not ideal for a single girl to stay. Although the location was very central and accessible to major tourist attractions and shopping. Rooms opposite to me had one couple opening and banging vibrating doors all night with loud music and talking, Spanish people who I assume were drinking, settled about 3am. A very drunk man opposite my room, had trouble getting the key in the lock and swearing, he had a girl in his room, possibly from the street opening and shutting doors. So not much sleep due to the other guests. Building construction was from 12pm to 6 pm every day outside my bathroom window.
Proximity to subway and many sight-seeing attractions. Very comfortable beds. Large common area with coffee available.
Very small room. Air conditioning didn't work two of our nights, and we were unable to open a window because of street noise in a very busy pedestrian area.
