The Best Western Dauro II is in the center of Granada, a 5 minute walk from the cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi and a tapas bar with a summer terrace.

The hotel and the room was very clean, staff pleasant. We had a double room with no external window, but it is a 2 star hotel so you can't expect miracles. The rate for a night is very affordable. Breakfast continental - tasty and fresh. We liked the location - close to all crucial places in Granada. The bath tub in the bathroom feels like a bonus
Because of the noise I wouldn't stay there again which is shame because it is a decent hotel. It's not the noise from the street. The walls are so thin you can hear everything what's going on in adjacent rooms and the corridor.
Third time I've stayed here; great location, easy to get into the heart of the city and a nice ramble or quick cab ride up to the Alhambra. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Clean with helpful staff. Although we didn't have it, breakfast looked pretty basic, but not expensive considering the cost. We chose to go to a local cafe instead. Would recommend and will be staying again.
There really isn't anything not to like for a budget hotel in the centre of the city.
Location good in the shops and central granada and about 20 minutes walk to Alhambra.
There was construction works in the hotel and the corridors were full of wood. Walls thin you could here the noise. No good quantity of shower gel and shampoo but we had our own stuff.
Friendly staff and central location
Room size and amount of light
staff attitude, no directions to car park, i requested info on disabled parking none given . bed as hard as a rock . over priced for a room that over looked a back yard with rubbish and filth.
Location is ok - but Granada is very walkable, so all city core hotels have good or great locations. Don't choose the Presidente.
Our room (117) smelled like a sewer, it was the poorest breakfast I've seen in Spain, and the wi-fi never worked. Don't take a chance on Presidente. This hotel has a serious plumbing issue - our room reeked of sewer gas (similar to some other reviews). When we arrived, the desk clerk "checked" our room, and sprayed some really strong perfume to cover this smell, and I assumed it was because I asked for a non-smoking room. By breakfast the next day the room stunk of sewage. The hotel was full, and prices were very high in Granada, so we stuck it out for one more night. The hotel knows this well but still sells this room. There are many hotels in Granada - skip this one. As for breakfast, we've spent about 7 weeks in Spain over multiple vacations and this was the worst breakfast I've seen - at least the coffee machine worked.
The staff, location and breakfast
The bathroom was really small. My legs bearly fitted when I sat in the toilet because the sink was infront and it was very unconfortable
Location, staff, cleanliness. Ideal for city visit and good value for money. Although rooms are small, the beds are comfy and everything works!! Every time we go for an overnight to Granada we use this hotel and will continue to do so. If you want a luxury hotel where you can sit around all day - go elsewhere and pay higher prices - but who would want to stay inside when you are in Granada?
city centre. No need to use the car. friendly staff.
ask for extra pillows.
Location is very convenient. You can pretty much walk to all places - Alhambra Palace, Cathedral, etc. The hotel is very clean. Continental breakfast is included.
The sound proof of the room is poor - we could hear the walking and talking of people in the hallway from our room. The staff are polite but not very helpful.
Not clean Poor sound-proof walls
Location good, small room but fair price.
Great location in the city center, while not noisy at night.
Weak sound proof between rooms.
Location and friendly staff
Breakfast selection very poor, no fresh fruit or healthy cereals.
Location is very central especially to the shops.
The location is very central to everything but the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Lorena's suggestion we were able to get same day tickets to Nasrid palaces without having to book a private tour!
There is no place close to the hotel for early morning coffee. The bathroom is tiny and water gets all over the floor as the shower glass panel is ineffective in the tub. Nothing to do with hotel by Granada has no information booth at train station or maps! Also found staff at information offices to be unfriendly and reluctant to answer questions - this was surprising given the number of visitors to Granada. They were the worst guest friendly staff we encountered in five cities!
The location is quite nice.
The room lock was broken, and they gave us a electrical door key only for the power and there's a whole on the door blocked by paper. The lock was not the same as the other rooms, but one use traditional key. Room ventilation is not that good.
Everything was axcellant
We loved the location, although it was quite difficult to get to by car with all the road works going on in Granada, and you have to watch out for the bus lanes! Don't forget to give your car reg number to the hotel, or you will get a fine! Quad room was excellent and great for our family! Breakfast was great too! Gave us lots of energy to start the day! Would use this hotel again it we got the room for the same rate!
The catering staff was a bit rude and told us off for moving the tables together for breakfast. We are a family of 4 and wanted to eat all together but all the tables were separate. Surely they must have other groups or families that would like to eat together, why aren't there any tables of 4 together? We did put the table back afterwards but felt that the staff membe was a bit rude!
Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Well located hotel and excellent value.
breakfast was good.
Location- walkable distance to all great tapas places around city.
Really small room for 4 people. There was hardly no space on the floor between beds for luggage.
It was cheap and really well located in Granada. The breakfast was good and staff were helpful.
The room had a weird smell and the window didn't have a view or any fresh air.
