Staff....Diego. .....and location.
Small, old towels. No rugs. Small telly. No coffee/tea making facilities.
the hotel is right in the middle of Granada so no need to drive and the staff are amazing
no lift on 1st floor
Everything was good in this hotel. Very helpful staff, comfortable room and bathroom, centrally located and breakfast was alright too.
Location was excellent to center of town. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Rooms simple but adequate.
Friedly stuff, Perfect location. Free wifi
We had two bookings over the Christmas week, the first one, we had a fantastic deal, THEN we received an email to say that our booking was cancelled as my credit card company had rejected the room fee !!. Really Euro 29.00, I dont think so, so we booked directly and were charged euro 40.00, very convenient for the Hotel. On arrival we went to our room which stunk of sewage, we were moved to another room, which, I can only say was simply terrible. We spent an uncomfortable night, this room also smelled of sewage when running the shower, very pleasant !! We had an additional booking on 26th December, which we did not attend due to the bad experience.
Nice location and breakfast.
The room had a small dark window overlooking the inner wall. Indifferent girl at the reception. We asked her about Alhambra and she only showed it on the map. But she didn't say about straight way to Alhambra. About two hours we walked at night and tried to find Alhambra for our visit next morning...
The hotel is disrepair, some work on improving things would be recommendable.
Very helpful in providing a gluten free breakfast when requested. Quiet room even though the hotel is in a busy area.
It took a while to get any hot water from the shower
via booking.com I chose "bed preferences: twin", but it was 2 single.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a main street right in the middle of the city yet the the room was spacious and very quiet.
I paid a reduced price for the room but full price would have been quite expensive. The bathroom smelled a bit of stale water or "Spanish plumming".
Location was excellent
The bathroom stank, hotel was very basic but it was only 2 stars.expensive for what it was.
No hot whater
The hotel and the room was very clean, staff pleasant. We had a double room with no external window, but it is a 2 star hotel so you can't expect miracles. The rate for a night is very affordable. Breakfast continental - tasty and fresh. We liked the location - close to all crucial places in Granada. The bath tub in the bathroom feels like a bonus
Because of the noise I wouldn't stay there again which is shame because it is a decent hotel. It's not the noise from the street. The walls are so thin you can hear everything what's going on in adjacent rooms and the corridor.
Third time I've stayed here; great location, easy to get into the heart of the city and a nice ramble or quick cab ride up to the Alhambra. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Clean with helpful staff. Although we didn't have it, breakfast looked pretty basic, but not expensive considering the cost. We chose to go to a local cafe instead. Would recommend and will be staying again.
There really isn't anything not to like for a budget hotel in the centre of the city.
Location good in the shops and central granada and about 20 minutes walk to Alhambra.
There was construction works in the hotel and the corridors were full of wood. Walls thin you could here the noise. No good quantity of shower gel and shampoo but we had our own stuff.
Friendly staff and central location
Room size and amount of light
staff attitude, no directions to car park, i requested info on disabled parking none given . bed as hard as a rock . over priced for a room that over looked a back yard with rubbish and filth.
Location is ok - but Granada is very walkable, so all city core hotels have good or great locations. Don't choose the Presidente.
Our room (117) smelled like a sewer, it was the poorest breakfast I've seen in Spain, and the wi-fi never worked. Don't take a chance on Presidente. This hotel has a serious plumbing issue - our room reeked of sewer gas (similar to some other reviews). When we arrived, the desk clerk "checked" our room, and sprayed some really strong perfume to cover this smell, and I assumed it was because I asked for a non-smoking room. By breakfast the next day the room stunk of sewage. The hotel was full, and prices were very high in Granada, so we stuck it out for one more night. The hotel knows this well but still sells this room. There are many hotels in Granada - skip this one. As for breakfast, we've spent about 7 weeks in Spain over multiple vacations and this was the worst breakfast I've seen - at least the coffee machine worked.
The staff, location and breakfast
The bathroom was really small. My legs bearly fitted when I sat in the toilet because the sink was infront and it was very unconfortable
Location, staff, cleanliness. Ideal for city visit and good value for money. Although rooms are small, the beds are comfy and everything works!! Every time we go for an overnight to Granada we use this hotel and will continue to do so. If you want a luxury hotel where you can sit around all day - go elsewhere and pay higher prices - but who would want to stay inside when you are in Granada?
city centre. No need to use the car. friendly staff.
ask for extra pillows.
Location is very convenient. You can pretty much walk to all places - Alhambra Palace, Cathedral, etc. The hotel is very clean. Continental breakfast is included.
The sound proof of the room is poor - we could hear the walking and talking of people in the hallway from our room. The staff are polite but not very helpful.
Not clean Poor sound-proof walls
