Prestige Mar y Sol  

Location is ideal-excellent seafront position with stunning views across Roses bay, very close to bars restaurants, shopping etc. Hotel is warm and very comfortable, with helpful staff. Breakfasts are excellent- freshly prepared buffet with good variety. Our room was large, well frunished and the views were breathtaking

My overall facilities rating was only "fair" because of the shower and bath. Bathroom was large but the bath was really tiny, like something from the 1960s with an overbath shower that was impossible to use without spraying the entire room, the shower curtain was dingy and clammy to the touch. A horrible experience which meant that I couldn't have stayed in this room for any longer than a short break. It really let the hotel down and meant that overall. The room was overpriced

I returned to the Prestige, because we liked it the 1st time, and it has not changed, the only criticism I could level at the service is breakfast, as being English, we like a hot breakfast, which is not advailable, unlike the Greg's but other than that it is a lovely hotel. And why we take friends there.

Appalling value for money, the hotel has virtually no facilities, is basic and does not in any way warrant 220 euros a night - and that didn't even include breakfast. Plus you can add a further 30 euros if you want to check out past 10am. The corridors were scruffy and gloomy and the room v basic - the air conditioning unit smelt awful and leaked all over the floor luckily our bags weren't near it. We had to ask for pillows for the childrens beds and were told the hotel was full so no spare pillows - a hotel charging 230 euros a night doesn't have any spare pillows!?! All in all very disappointing and I feel let down by the description of the hotel on your website.

The place was perfect for a seaside stay. The room was airy and cool and well furnished. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is now internet access via two a pay as you go terminals on the first floor which were reasonably priced at €1 for 20 minutes. It was perfect for our combined business and leisure break and we will be going back again.

Roses is a popular holiday destination and with the hotel being on the seafront some people might find it a bit noisy, but Roses is a vibrant place and the whole place is noisy and if noise bothers you then maybe you should not go to a Spanish sea side resort in the summer. The only negative thing to say is that the air con could do with a service as it is not the best in the world.

bonne situation a prix raisonnable

Ausstattung ist nicht wirklich modern aber sehr angenehm: abundant warmes Wasser in der Dusche, perfekt isolierende Fenster, hocheffiziente Zentralheizung, viel viel Platz in den Zimmern.

Frühstück ist nicht 3€, wie oft bei der Buchung angegeben, sondern 8€. Das gibt unangenehme Überraschungen. Es ist auch nicht besonders toll.

petit bémol,très peu d'équipements,pour ne pas dire rien,pas de parking non plus et les places sont chères ,et puis la décoration un peu " datée " dommage

La qualité des appartements

Vieille télévision, mauvaise qualité d'image et malheureusement une seule chaine de télévision française

la vue sur la mer, l'emplacement proche des rues piétonnes.

chambre très confortable , belle salle d'eau , petit coin salon , table ronde et petite kitchenette en plus ,magnifique vue sur la baie de Roses et bon restaurant

la route , qui passe entre l’hôtel et la plage , apporte bcp de nuisance Dommage

Son calme,le prix, le confort, la proximité de la mer et la vue de la fenetre, son petit dejeuner

L'accés à l'hotel aux personnes handicapées avec un fauteuil roulant est difficile à cause des marches il ya des tâches d'humidité au plafond de la salle de bain (aspect sale)
