I understand how hard is to receive good reviews so I always give a good rate to hotels if they are good. In case of this hotel I have to give the worst possible because of the way the staff treat people. It is just unacceptable to have someone there who puts a face every single time someone asks something. Please look for another job if you get annoyed by guests so much! Then please explain me why do you have to yell at me over the phone 5 minutes (I am not exaggerating) after the check out time that we have to leave right now? This staff were the most unprofessional crew I have ever seen (except the young night guy) An other question. If you have a schedule for the aircon why do you have to turn it off at night when people are actually in the room and why do you have to run it during the day when everyone is out? You have to improve because you have a huge competition in the city so you will lose your guests if you continue this way. Well, you just lost two…
