Great location in the old town, with easy access to tram, metro and buses Avoid the 5th floor. We were right beneath the 6th floor breakfast room on our first night and had to listen to creaking floorboards over our heads from 6:30am. The hotel management moved us to the 3rd floor at the front of the building which was far superior in terms of noise - we couldn't even hear the noise from the street below. |

Superb location! Nice decor in room. free internet in lobby. Unfriendly receptionist with bad english, we arrived at 4.30 pm and our room still was not ready!! noisy hotel, uncomfortable bed, mould in shower |

the situation on the edge of the old town We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and the noise from both inside and out was bad until 3.30am - a problem caused by the great situation and no fault of the hotel. |

The location was superb, near all centric places, very easy access and very well communicated. The rooms were too small for two people. Breakfast was expensive, so we went to a nearby cafeteria |

Excellent Location. Nice conversion of an older building. No real complaints Lacks a bar or restaurant - but there is plenty of these in the immediate area. There were also a few details wrong in the design of the rooms - eg lack of storage, broken shower, lack of shelf space in bathroom etc |

Clean hotel and room. Hotel ambiance was stunning. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was superb. Easy access to all sights and local train/metro stations. |

The hotel was in a good location for the old town and a short walk to the Guggenheim. The room was dirty with electrical cables hanging out behind the head boards. The taps, b'day and toilet were lose and there had been an attempt to secure them with silcone which hadn't worked. The shower had mould growing around the floor cubicle.The actual interior could have been great ( All of the High Tech hotels have similar interiors) but this one was in need of a serious clean and refit. |

location and free internet where to start.... the room was extremely noisy from inside the hotel, the bed creaked so loudly that we were woken dozens of times. The bathroom a joke, no room to sit on the loo properly, mold. The room was dirty, I found a pair of shoes under the curtains that belonged to another guest. The 2nd room was much better but I wouldn't bother which is a shame because their Madrid one is great. |

great location, near everything including great public transport.staff very nice and helpful. the shower was very complicated and don't like the glass door of bathroom, not enough privacy. mini bar extremely expensive. |
