Location, some staff are friendly but most were not.

Breakfast service is poor. Unethical kitchen staff, gives more favour to particular guests. Room is very small , old furnitures, bathroom was not great.

Location. Nothing else can be said.

Falling apart, warped floors, broken toilet would not flush, gaping holes in the walls, shower was broken. The evening staff just shrugged their shoulders, daytime staff started when I told them. There are several other hotels nearby and for the price I paid I expected much more. Will not return.

Very clean and very good value for money. Its the 3rd time ive stayed in a Petit Palace hotel in madrid in the last 2 years and i would recomend these hotels to anyone.

I didn't like the price of the parking and the distance between the parking lot and the hotel!

the fact that room temperature controls were useless (staff comfirmed that following my inquiry). At least double glazed windows could be opened!

Good location. One street behind of main street. Walking distance to Sol and Opera metro station.

The room is very tight. No space to open the bags. Noisy street in the mid-night.

A well-situated hotel but soooooooooo old...recently bougt by a hotel chain : 'high tech hoteles' No free bottle wine in the room, no free bikes available...but one of the best breakfast you can have in ....Spain.

they don`t have English speaking channels on the t.v and when I complaint about it, the manager said: if you don`t like you can leave. The morning I left (I booked the room for 10 days and left after 1),to much better hotel the EUROPA.

The location was nice indeed close to the tourist attractions.

Mouldy and really small room, far from the 18 square meters advertised. The smell of sewage in the bathroom. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be able to checkin. Had to ask for the promised bottle of wine. Not so friendly staff.

1 Easy to get to the hotel from airport using public transport. 2 hotel is located at city center with easy access to metro station and shopping area. 3 value for money for breakfast offer by hotel if not included in tariff

Great location (!), good facilities, clean room.

Night staff was quite unpleasant. Air Condition was stinking one day. But in general it wasn't big discomfort:)

Excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Lady who sets up the breakfast is very nice . We had a problem with room 408 and were transferred to another room immediately.

Very small rooms. In room 407, the safe did not work and the shower has a hole in the door. Room 408 had a horrible smell of sewage. Toiletries are not replaced when used. The price we paid for 2 rooms was too high,but at least it included the breakfast.

Location

I made reservations about 1 year in advance and though got a groundfloor room for disabled (no double glass - noisy) and if not disabled the bathroom is a nightmare (small lavabo in a corner, no tablets, bathroom gets wed all over each time you shower).

Good location~ Staffs are so nice too
