This hotel is situated only 165 yards from Levante beach in Benidorm, and is ideal for a fun-filled vacation in the sun with family or friends.
Score from 58 reviews Good
reasonable hotel but have stayed at better for less money and certainly ones that did not charge as much for purchased food and drink to the extent it takes the edge of stay enjoyment.
one of the party had restrictive walking capability which meant taking a taxi back up to the hotel from Beach / shops / entertainment. As the incline back to the hotel, whilst not over steep, is constant
In this day and age, travellers should not have to pay for wifi. The hotel claim you can get free wifi by going in the basement which did not work.
Staff excellent, nothing too much trouble, even refunded the money 4 the fridge as it wasn't very cold. Room clean & decent sized TV with selection of UK channels. Lovely view across the park from our balcony. Stayed here as a last minute booking having checked out of other inferior accommodation nearby.
Nothing, everything was more than acceptable for the price.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is kept clean and tidy. Great value for price. Good location, close to old town and centre, but still a quiet location next to the park.
Bed small for an average sized couple. Parking insufficient for occupancy of hotel; about 10 spaces for guests. A coffee or tea facility in the room would be welcome.
Stayed many times always great service clean friendly and full board with drinks is a bargain Don't be put off by hill a nice stroll through park during day only a few euro in a taxi late night or early evening a tapas bar half way up
Would like free WiFi but otherwise great for money
We always find all the staff very helpful and friendly. Wifi is free in the bar but not widely advertised!
Stayed here many times before but this time we thought that maintenance was being neglected. Food adequate but again less than former standards. The facilities listed for the room included a fridge but this is a minibar and there was no indication that there was an extra charge for this. 1.50 per day.
overall a good friendly Hotel to stay in
helpfulness of some members of staff
hotel is very dated and requires a major modernisation work.
I stayed at this hotel for one night,in November 2014.It's a good, clean and quiet hotel;the rooms are spacious and equipped with en-suite and the member of staff who dealt with my booking spoke excellent English, having been married to a Scotswoman for 30 years! The hotel is situated to the north of Benidorm centre, from which it is approached by a very steep hill, the road running by the side of a park-it's about a 20 minute walk from the Levante beach and 15 to the Poniente. The breakfast was good. All in all,it represented great value for the 20 euro price tag.
Room with a nice balcony over the pretty park.
Our room overlooked the lovely auditorium and park area, which we liked very much.
There was no extractor fan in bathroom and toilet pan could have been cleaner.During the afternoon the noise from the floor above was very bad.Sounded like furniture was being dragged across the tiled floor.
Staff were very good
Wifi should b free in this 21 cen.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment at night was good for all ages, variety of food and plenty of it at breakfast and evening meal
Location close to Benidorm Clinic. Large terrace. Breakfast and lunch at €3pp was excellent value. Secure parking close to hotel.
We were a mature couple with a young family and a great grandma. The staff, but then we had an advantage with our little grandson who won the hearts of them and many guests. The lifts were OK sometimes doing unexpected things but thats the adventure of spain. Que será. será! Views from balconies, even on the lower floors. Excellent evening entertainment. Good grub if you eat anything. Not so good if your a stick in the mud Brit with no sense of culinary adventure. On site parking, once we worked out where it was
The bugs in the bushes around the pool were hungry and I was obviously the perfect flavour and boy did they itch and weep. Getting out of the carpark. I accept that there is no physical alternative to the hill but it makes the clutch stink and the button to get out is not very clear and doesn't seem to work. Luckily my spanish helped me to call passers by over to press the button on the outside for me and contact reception. Perhaps a little sheet how to 'drive the gate' for car owners would be an advantage
location was OK
Breakfast was poor
My partner and myself only booked into this hotel because my family from the U.K. had booked in there to meet up with us for a family celebration. We liked the hotel on arrival. Our room was fine and the sound level was good. Good T.V. also providing programmes in 3 languages. Good nightly entertainment and excellent bar service, especially the barman! Very helpful and friendly. Mealtimes good really with good variety we thought. We particularly liked the mixture of nationalties - British, Spanish, German etc.. And dare I say it?! Not a British hen or stag party to be seen or heard. Mainly more mature couples but also some with young families who also seemed to enjoy the facilities. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Benidorm.
The position. But now have mixed feelings about this. For an older person the walking distance to the town. could prove to be a disadvantage. However there is a regular bus service nearby. Also, because the hotel is out of the main core of central hotels the area is quiet and quite peaceful. So, after our initial thought that the position was poor we did change our view of this during our stay.
not a lot , just not for me I'm afraid.
Very few English speaking people. Entertainment ?? Fair enough , guess it proves that you only get what you pay for , there are no bargains , hope I pick more wisely next time !!!
Pleasant staff Location- not too far but walk to the beach and the nightlife, but far enough away not to be too noisy.
Clean and friendly.
Price is expensive for the location and room standard. The rooms on minus levels have no balcony and are not very nice.
Hotel was spotless, location good but not too near the biz which was a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly would say it was a hotel for elderly couples.
Noisy main road to the back of the hotel where our rooms were hard to sleep.
The staff were very slow and the food was horrible not much option.
We had a room overlooking the park which was quiet and also had a good size balcony. Good size wardrobe with ample coathangers. Also parking was convenient and secure. Reception, bar and restaurant staff were all vey helpful and friendly.
Having to pay to use the fridge in the room, the safe and also a daily internet rate. Lifts can take a long time, particularly at breakfast time.
Staff friendly. I heard breakfast and lunch dinner are only 3 euros but i did not eat to comment on the quality of the food
Hotel is very old in style, with so many floors and rooms, the lift is so tiny that you have to wait for ages to get a place in the lift. You have to pay to use everything even the fridge, safe...etc though these are cheap
GREAT HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. EVERYTHING WORKED, LIFTS, SHOWERS,AIR-CON ETC, ETC. GOOD FOOD IF LIMITED SELECTION. SAUSAGES AT BREAKFAST, TOP QUALITY.
LOCATION AT THE TOP OF A LONG HILL, BUT HEY THATS WHATS TAXIS ARE FOR, SIMPLES.
