Excellent location!! Super clean,ideal for those who want to self cater breakfast only and want a hotel for location.

Hotel policy will not allow you to request room type or view!! Even if you pay extra..... You have to fight for a double bed or a sea view don't expect both!!

1. Beds are very uncomfortable - need to be upgraded now 2. No wifi only available in rooms only in the reception area and even that was very very poor quality. 3, Pool is tiny - Sun beds also need to be upgraded as some were broken

we had a lovely studio with a sea view .Great comfort and relaxation. Staff were very helpfull .

The apartment was not 4* quality. Very uncomfortable settee, no oven, only two cooking rings, no bath, no bidet, minimal equipment

Location is the main advantage of this hotel.

Wifi only in reception area, which meant we were there a lot and we were surprised by the big number of newly checking in customers who came back complaining about there room (as we did also when we arrived) Notice: only 25% of the rooms in this hotel has sea view so the chance of having a one of them is not realy big... We had a room with 2 seperate beds on low floor, view on building site. Although asked for kingsize bed, high floor and seaview. Breakfast ok, but overpriced (€12,50 pp). Don't understand high review score...

The beds were really comfortable and the room, kitchen area and bathroom were all clean, with daily room service. The shower was excellent. Location on the beach front was fabulous.

Wifi was not available in the rooms and only a weak, sporadic connection was available in the reception area. At a four star hotel Wifi should be standard. They could at least have offered internet in the roof top cafeteria. We also had trouble with room keys, which need some kind of warning to say they should not be stored next to an electronic device even for a minute, as they instantly lose their coding and will not let you back into your room. We had to get room key cards reissued at least four times. Also I prefer a policy where towels are not changed every day unless they are left on the floor.

I liked the location, the restaurant in the 7th floor (altho the buffet was expensive!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

My safety deposit box was out of order and was not fixed for a whole day, so I had to bring my passport and valuables around with me! I would expect a start up pack in the kitchen with basics so that one could have a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. The (private) bus was unable to drop us back after the wedding (3am) because of the location of the hotel.

Location, sea view overlooking Plaza De Venus beach and on the Marbella promenade. Spacious apartments with rooftop cafe and swimming pool. Great staff. Our 2nd year and will be booking again for next year.

No WiFi access at hotel rooms only in lobby (can be important for consideration of coming back), marking in elevator for rooftop and restaurant in 8 floor was confusing as to access went through 7th level with stairs further up.

The hotel was in an excellent location, on the beach front, with fantastic views. Rooms were a good size and TV had proper English channels. Pool area on the roof was great with plenty of sunbeds and the pool was heated.

Minor niggles - the cafe bar closed at 4.30pm and could have been opened longer. Wi-Fi in rooms would have helped (it is in reception).

Free wifi, great location, nice sea view from Room , friendly staff, all good-would stay again

you can park next door for 20 euros a day or park a few blocks away for free. After all this is a Hotel not a car park.
