Princesa Sofia Gran Hotel    

Efficient service. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good.

Safe was too small and did not work. No coffee or tea making facility in the room. Gym and pool was small in comparison to the hotel capacity and star status.

The location is central. Very convenient.

The service levels were horrible. Management needs to step in to resolve certain issues with house-keeping. Making up my bed should come standard. The hotel house-keeping team are too lax.

Staff were very good If you we're watching a football Mach the location would be perfect .

Just to far out of town but taxis We're about £10 to get where you needed to be Tv did not work properly and there were not enough plug sockets in the room the hotel felt More like a 4 star than a five

You should re consider the star rating in Europe in general compared to the us and far east .this is max of three stars.internet is poor ,easy to get excuses from the front desk

Il is a OK hotel but not at that price. I do not think it deserves 5 stars at all: old rooms, old carpet, curtains and paper wall... Room 421 smalled sewage! Fortunately the changed the day after. It was better.

Swimming pool was freezing and there were no adjoining rooms for children

Comfortable and ease of access to Camp Nou

Perfect location for the Nou Camp and very handy for two Metro stations, Very clean and very helpful staff.

Room was a bit tired for a five star. Pricey bar.

Quite big rooms, nice (hard) bed.

Very big hotel and a bit worn. "Old fashion" luxury style. Worse was the poor sound proofed doors.

everything good, room smelled a bit, but services and spa facilities were good, so was the staff. you can chose english breakfast, room spacious, bathrobe in the room... quite happy with the choice for the money...

Overall an excellent hotel, staff were great, location perfect for Barca match, breakfast was superb, will certainly stay here again, highly recommended.

My husband and I travelled for the weekend to watch El Classico so It was very convenient and close to Camp Nou. Huge lobby, free WIFI, well located.

You had to wait for the elevator for at least 5 minutes or more, I guess maybe because the Real Madrid players were in the hotel?? so some were designated for their use??

The Princesa Sofia is an confortable hotel located close to the the Illa shopping centre. Furthermore, it is well located if you have to go to the airport, early in the morning. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I have been several time at this hotel and ussually satisfy.

Although the hotel is clean and very well maintained, it is obvious that some of the rooms are a bit worn down. At the normal price, it will find it a bit expensive. Hoever, most of the time there are discount prices which make this hotel attractive, a good value for money.
