The location and the price. The firs offered room had a bed smell and the furniture was very old , but the replacement was ok. The carpets should be changed.

The place located and the Customer Service attention. The last day at the hotel the breakfeast was very very poor. May be was because only one person was working that day, so, I recomend to increse the personal services.

La localización es perfecta si quieres disfrutar del centro de Madrid a un pequeño paseo de Gran Vía, Sol, Plaza Mayor... Además tienes autobuses y metro muy cerca para moverte a cualquier otro punto de la ciudad. En cuanto al personal, un trato muy agradable en todo momento. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y seguramente lo haremos en más ocasiones.

El hotel es viejo, las instalaciones oscuras y anticuadas. La habitacion es mas de lo mismo pero correcta; la cama es cómoda. Me tocaron en suerte unos vecinos ruidosos que se pusieron a discutir a gritos por la noche, vamos que no peque ojo. No lo recomendaría, es triste y hay mucho trafico en el exterior.

Lo único que me ha gustado es su ubicación. El mobiliario y la decoración anticuada y en mal estado. El cuarto de baño sucio, hubo que pedir que lo limpiaran. La moqueta totalmente llena de manchas. No iré más. La ubicación bien. La limpieza muy mal.

De locatie is goed, maar het hotel zelf is een beetje 'vergane glorie'. Receptie altijd bemand. Bedden prima. We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant. Het verkeerslawaai werd goed tegengehouden door het raam, maar als je het open deed was het dag en nacht te veel lawaai. Veel grote reisgezelschappen. Eten extreem slecht; ontbijt duur t.o.v. kwaliteit Kamer met twee aparte bedden die anderhalve meter uit elkaar staan en niet zijn te verplaatsen; ongezellig.

La comodidad de que el parking, aunque no era del hotel, estaba justo al lado. La moqueta está un poco vieja y sucia, podían quitarla. Estuvimos en la habitación 701, y tenía algunos desperfectos, como el soporte de la ducha a la pared que estaba suelto, y el portarollos también roto.

La verdad es la que indico a continuación. Es un verdadero asco de Hotel, el Príncipe Pío, que de príncipe no tiene nada. La moqueta no la han lavado en su vida. Si padecen cualquier tipo de alergias no se les ocurran ir a éste hotelucho. El personal nada más llegar me querían cobrar más importe por tener una habitación exterior. No funciona la tv por canal. En el salón del hotel no tienen televisor, los sillones de los años 6o no lo han cambiado. No limpian la habitación nunca. Solo se limitan a poner las toallas y las sabanas. El peor hotel que me ha tocado en mi vida. No lo recomiendo ni al diablo. Lo lamento, pero es la verdad. Saludos Aurelio Gutiérrez.

C'ero già stato e mi ha confermato la stessa impressione dell'altra volta, hotel un pò vetusto ma pulito. Personale cortese, ottima la posizione perchè a due passi dal centro e con due fermate della metro vicine.
