The Coffee at the breakfast

Comfortable and tastefully designed bar area and nice dining room. Lovely view from the balcony here overlooking the Plaza Principe Paz. The location is excellent for shopping and liveliness Cleaning staff did a very good job and were friendly The dining room and breakfast room staff were all very courteous, helpful and friendly 3 out of 4 receptionists were friendly, helpful and smiling ... the 4th more reserved receptionist however was very helpful when I had sprained my ankle and he communicated between ourselves and medical staff and a doctor. Many thanks to all of the staff ...they were generally excellent

Our interior facing room room lacked sunlight ...but since we were out most of the time it was not too much of an issue Wardrobe had insufficient clothes hanging space Coffee at breakfast was not to my taste - and the water in the coffee machine was tepid rather than hot. However plenty of fruit juices and different teas vailable

In the heart of the city and still quiet.

The lack of a restaurant.

Its location on a pedestrianised square, opposite a small park, is right in the middle of the City and could not be bettered. Close to all the main sights and next to a bus route and only a 3 minute walk from a tram stop. Though a 3* hotel, the breakfast lounge and bar area on the first floor looked out over the park and was full of light. The room was perfectly adequate, if a little small, though I had gone for the cheaper, budget room, so that was anticipated. The staff, especially the bar and breakfast staff, were cheerful and very helpful. All in all a little gem of a hotel.

As with so many hotels these days, they use an automatic coffee machine which produces not very nice coffee. The use of powdered milk for the cafe con leche option is not to my taste at all. Apart from that the breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed at the hotel many times and always enjoy our stay.

Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and breakfasts very good.

TV in room could have had a station or two in English as for instance: One or more of the National Geographic channels or the History channel or the Explorer channel.

We (family with 3 young children) got a smokers room. Only expensive private parking and not easy to find.

The hotel is quite safe,convenient to go any location and transportation.

The dawn shift staff was a bit unfriendly and strict. Needs a wifi Access in every room.

Very quiet and the location was brilliant for us.

When we arrived on the Friday we were informed that the the air conditioning unit had broken down in our room and would not be fixed until the Monday, the day we were leaving.

La habitación está muy bien. El servicio de recepción excelente. El desayuno muy completo.

Tiene una ubicacion muy buena, y un buen precio.

Buscar aparcamiento por la zona es muy complicado.

La ubicación es inpresionante. Las habitaciones, instalaciones y servicios. Genial.

La insonorización entre habitaciones. Las cañerías están antiguas y se escuchan

La atención en recepción, muy amable el recepcionista, al llegar antes de hora del check-in pude dejar mis maletas y me dieron la llave de la habitacion una hora antes de la hora prevista para el check-in. La habitación muy limpia y amplia.

Cuando estas en la habitación se escucha un poco el ruido de fuera.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Excellente situation, accueil très pro.

Les chambres qui ne sont pas côté rue sont très sombres car donnant sur un patio.

Долго искали вход, т.к. на фотках - какое-то другое здание и нигде не написано что вход в отель - в магазине беннетон)

La verdad que solo utilizamos el hotel para dormir en los 3 días y dos noches que estuvimos en Tenerife, así que ni siquiera nos enteramos si ofrecía más servicios, aunque sabíamos que ofrecían desayuno.

Solo el hecho de que no cambiaron las toallas usadas. A lo mejor se olvidaron.

Basicamente es un hotel excelentemente situado para realizar compras y moverse por la ciudad. Si este es el motivo de tu visita, no necesitas coche. El personal es amable y el hotel es limpio y confortable. Buena relacion calidad/precio.

El desayuno se puede considerar variado y de una calidad aceptable pero el café es una bazofia. Recomiendo desayunar en las cafeterias y dulcerías de la zona que son excelentes.

Très bonne localisation Accueil chaleureux Très bon petit déjeuner, bien que à des horraires tardifs (07h la semaine , 08h le week-end) difficilement conciliable avec un séjour professionnel

Месторасположение в самом центре города, и в то же время не шумно. Доброжелательный персонал, отличные завтраки.

Нет интернета и wi-fi.
