сочетание цена-качество, ждали худшего, но отель даже тянет на европейские 4 звезды. очень приятный номер, персонал, бассейн с лежаками, рядом супермаркет, завтраки достаточно хорошие.

сейф работает за дополнительную плату в номере.

The cleanliness layout

No kettle in the room :( i know its room only so catering facilities are not really required but a coffee in the room in the mornings would of been great.

Reception staff were excellent could not do enough for us , cleaning staff very pleasant

Bar staff were not one bit nice at all , did not make u feel welcome

Room was spacious and spotless. Didn`t get to use pool as it rained during our stay

Nice pool area.

Staff could not explain drinks included with evening meal deal. Waiter in charge was very unhelpful and positively unfriendly. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly but did not know how to deal with head waiter problems.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness of my room / lobby / communal area / free wifi / location around 15 mins from st antoni centre

We had half board included , there was salad and dessert corner whereas main dish was served by the waiter and can choose from 4 mains each day. The salad / dessert choice was poor , same everyday, they could improve this , however I understand that we stayed towards the end of the season but still felt like it was not enough choice.

good location walking distance from the action but far enough from the noise clean hotel out of the price range of the 17 yr old kids 25-40s hotel i would say would stay here again 2nd best hotel ive stayed in san an fiesta palmyra been the best but that is way more up market in price

Everything was perfect, the room was huge and comfortable, aircon everywhere u go, The reception staff were funny ,helpful and very efficient and attentive to any needs u may have We will definately use this hotel again when we visit saint Antonio

Wheb booking our hotel we were very apprehensive as looking at many of the hotels in san antonio were 2* and looked rough. When we arrived we knew automatically we had made the best decision! Hotel staff were helpfull & friendly. Got to the room 4118 it was super clean, brilliant storage for our clothes, flat screen etc.. The pool is big, clean & really relaxing. Plenty of beds. Really relaxed hotel which is nice when uv been up partying all nite. Would stay here again.

The only thing was the maids didnt change our sheets for the4 nites we were there

Clean room, good design, good swimming pool, nice receptionist, chef of breakfast was very friendly, such a good start for the day! Location is good, 5 mins walk to the beach, 1mins walk to supermarket, quiet but 10mins walk to KFC, pizza hut and pub. Only disappointed for the wifi it was very very slow even was free but could be better! Bus no.9 €4 from the airport to the hotel about 50mins and taxi from the airport to hotel 30euro about 15-20mins.

Wifi was very very slow, coffee was not good but overall still will recommend to stay here for the location and nice staff!

I thought the housekeepers were a wonderful group of girls, they smiled they were friendly and polite and I felt safe leaving all my stuff out they always moved the stuff cleaned and returned it. The other hotel staff were also friendly most of the time. The Hotel has a grab location for that side of the island.

Away from noise and most chavs, nice simple but good for you food, relaxing, great pool with chill out feel.

Average, average, average - the room was small, walls were thin, good location.

The clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel is very convenient. It is well located, rooms are spacious and comfortable, several options are provided for breakfast and people at the reception are very friendly and polite.

The housekeeping staff is quite awful. When we got to the room there was confetti on the floor from the previous guests. The door had no handle or 'do not disturb' sign. Therefore at about 9 am they would knock on your door and open it before you can tell them not to or you would wake up anyway when they are around because they speak very loud. Overall cleanliness is very sloppy and basic.

Absoloute perfect Hotel great atmosphere great location, dont have a bad word to say about it...will definitly be staying here again!!! :)

The main things we loved about this hotel were: Fantastic pool area, very clean and modern rooms with good air con, incredibly friendly staff and the food was ace. Location was perfect for us as we had a 13 + 14 year old...close enough to the front although far enough away from the madness. Great gym, pool tables and table tennis kept me and my boy occupied.

An excellent hotel will be going back very soon!

In general just loved the hotel, perfect location walking distance to everything but not too much into the madness. Rooms were lovely an having seen a few other places this hotel was well above spec compared to any were else. Have booked again for july and look forward to staying der.
