Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm  

had just the best hoilday ,hotel was great from rooms ,food ,staff and so near everything bars ,beach ,great hotel will be back next year .

This hotel was within easy reach of shops and beach. It was also open and did not look crammed in with other hotels. The food was excellent with a huge variety to suit everyone. The two for one drinks was great and made my trip very cheap as I tended to listen to the entertainment in the Venus since the entertainment in the Pueblo was not as good.

The entertainment was mostly music for dancing to and seemed to be in favour of Spanish guests.

Drinks at 2 for 1. For example : If I want a glass of white wine and my partner wants a glass of red, you end up with two of each. Half price drinks would be a far better idea. I saw many people get two drinks and leave one of them - very wasteful.

We loved our hotel,it was only a 10min walk from the beach,food was delicious and it was great to ralax by the pool!it caters for all ages with daytime evening entertainment!we also felt safe and secure...

The Hotel is very well situated in the centre of the city surrounded by shops and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. It has a spacious underground car-park and the facilities in general are very good. We stayed on a full-board basis and the food can only be described as excellent. Everything in the Hotel was spotlessly clean and the Staff was courteous and helpful. I would not hesistate in staying at this hotel in the future.

The soundproofing and size of the room was a bit disapointing but nevertheless we did enjoy our stay at the Hotel.

Air conditioning not working, toilet has very little room, large people would not be able to use it

The food was good and location ideal. Waitresses were excellent. Lynne on reception was very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The older blonde woman who was running the restaurant one evening was very rude. When we paid for our drinks she was very ignorant and did not even say please or thank you. Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

Great location, food was good will try and help if you suffer any food disorder. One of our group suffers from celiac disease which they did point out which foods they could eat.they have two entertament rooms in which they had diffrent things going on. All in all exallent value.

The only down side is that the focus seemed to be on the spainish while the shows where on and was not translated into english. This was also the thing with the kids clubs, which stopped our kids from joining in they did not understand what to do. Hotel reps do speak english so should be no problem for them to improve things in that way. But I must say I dont no if thats the norm because it seemed to be a spanish holiday weekend 80% of hotel where spanish for the first 3 days of our 5 day stay.

Hotel very clean and friendly, drink prices 2x1 great.

This was a present from my family. I stayed at the Hotel Pueblo many times before but not for 20 years for it was a special wedding anniversary. It is now very modern and stylish. The breakfast in the morning was unbelieveable the amount of food and choices. You will never go hungry. The staff were very friendly too. Great location as it is in the centre but not in the middle of all the pubs and discos.
