Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm    

I liked the location of the Hotel but found it too big for a solo traveller.

I found the Hotel too big for the solo traveller as i didn't get to know many people only due to the size. This is not a criticism just my own personal opinion.

I stayed in one of the annex's, they were excellent loved overlooking the pool and very spacious and comfy, the location is brilliant just a very short walk to the night life and beach

Some noise at night but nothing too bad

Location for day time/ nighttime entertainment is excellant. Very clean and reception staff very helpful when needed. Also found hotel very secure and felt safe leaving my belongings there.

food was fantastic - better than expected. pools and bars really good. walking / stumbling distance from main town / clubs / bars / beach / shops.

live entertainment in the main bar - karaoke singer - not too fussed about that, not that good, especially for the younger guests.

We as a group thought the hotel was fabulous,the hotel is central and very moderate and very helpful staff and friendly,and spotless clean.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The food was great, always enough variety to suit all preferences. The room was cleaned every day. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and night life.

The hotel entertainment was not to our taste - it was aimed at pensioners - this is not a complaint as there is loads of entertainment nearby to choose from. On arrival it took a long time to check in and the staff had very limited English (I should've made more of an effort to learn Spanish, I know!) As a result we were not fully informed of the expectation that at mealtimes we needed to produce our mealcard, this wouldn't have been so annoying if it hadn't taken us ages to get a lift!! We were on the 10th floor and at mealtimes the lifts are a nightmare. Other than the lifts, the hotel is brilliant and I'd go back tomorrow!

Lovely hotel with a great location. Food varied and good.

Stayed in room number 2001. We had very little sleep due to doors constantly banging, very noisy. Mattresses hard and uncomfy. Would not recommend staying in this block.

in past years up till the end of may the hotel chain offered 2 for 1 on the drinks this was a deciding factor in returning to he pueblo this year the drinks were very expensive would we use servigroup again ?

I was at the backof the hotel i didnt like the view of the land ,it looked like there were people living in a shack , i would stay again but will request a room at the othet side

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Good location.

Food a bit repetetive. Downfall of this hotel is stag and hen does who make lots of noise late at night.

Ive stayed in orange before but was unable to get in there so chose pueblo and so glad I did. I will be returning next may and so will my friends price permitting.

We wer with a group of friends and all in different buildings. Also wen booking it states that there was max of 3 people to a room and a couple of our rooms had 4 in.
