Hotel Puente Romano de Salamanca    

Very clean, very family atmosphere. The location is perfect.

Clean, friendly hotel with a nice lounge/bar area and helpful staff. Our room was very spacious and had a large comfortable bed. Attractive breakfast room serving a good value breakfast with plenty of choice. Salamanca is wonderful and a place you must visit.

There is a certain amount of traffic noise as the hotel is close to a major road on the outskirts of the city. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great either and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other guests!! It's a fair walk from the heart of Salamanca as the hotel is out of the centre at the far end of the Roman bridge. While it's a nice walk in, some older guests or any with mobility problems might find this a challenge. The hotel's pool wasn't open and the terrace around it was a bit tired and not as attractive as it looked in the photos.

Quite location near city centre with secure parking. Nice big room with good bathroom.

Great location 1 min from the Puente Romano. And secure parking under the hotel was a plus.

Incredible value for money, one would expect to pay 100 euro more. Just a nice 10 minute walk over the Roman bridge - that gave the hotel its name - to the centre. Very nice, spacious room. Great attention to detail.

Unheated pool is useless until mid-summer, : (

Loved the hotel, the staff were very pleasant and an excellent breakfast. We picked this hotel for the underground parking for our motorcycle and well worth it. It's just walk over the bridge to the town.

Very comfortable hotel, nice lounge/bar area with comfortable sofas to meet with family. Lovely room with excellent facilities. Chose this hotel as it was quiet and easy to park the car near the hotel, at the end of the Roman Bridge, so a short walk into Salamanca.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very obliging staff. Quiet location. Short walk from centre. Very good for business or holiday.

We upgraded to a superior room, and it was just great. Own lounge and huge balcony overlooking Salamanca. Easy to find when driving. Good safe parking. Easy access to city centre, and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast worth the money.

No restaurant in the evening. Would have been nice after a day touring city.

Great location; being just a few minutes walk from the bridge to the old city. Very comfortable room. The garage was great although I do find Euros 10 a bit steep.

The breakfast wasn't bad but could have offered some eggs, bacon, sausages etc.

Lovely hotel just a short walk over the Roman bridge to get into town. Secure parking which was good for us.

This hotel is right across the bridge from old-town. It's a great location if you have a car, because there's free parking in the street (parking in old-town looked difficult).

Excellent hotel to visit downtown Salamanca by foot. The staff is very gentle; good breakfast (not included in room price). The old town is about 10 minutes walking, crossing the Roman Bridge. Great views.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, and there are only a few places nearby. You must go to the other side of the river to eat (about 10 minutes walk), and this can be a problem depending on the weather.
