Hotel conosciuto in precedenti esperienze lavorative (4/5 anno or sono). Struttura, posizione e clima sempre piacevoli. Personale all'altezza delle aspettative. Buona esperienza complessiva.

Le infrastrutture mostrano qualche segno di "invecchiamento", in particolare la rubinetteria.

I liked to things only; the kindness and good service from the lady at the restaurant who was doing the breakfast (Omelets, etc) and Ivan at the chiringito athe parent hotel Marbella Club.

I stayed at a junior suite that only was a Junior suite for the size of the room. Two twins beds together are not a King size bed. The towels looks like a motel 8 hotel room. The pillows looks like they haven't change it for at 2 years and the accommodation in terms of a room need to be remodeled...

The rooms and grounds were excellent

Service was very poor - had to inquire two times, over an hour plus, to get extra towels and an iron. Dinner reservations were made at the wrong restaurant. At the price they command these lapses are unforgivable.Additionally parts of the hotel were under construction - something not disclosed prior.

The staff were excellent, from the room service to the concierge. They all went the extra distance. On Saturday night there were midnight fireworks on their water front pier "for no apparent reason". The brunch is exquisite and offers free cava and international newspapers. The Suite night club was also a real scene with many Peter Stringfellow lookalikes and tall sparkly Russian runway models.

Hmmm...would not be an easy place to go if you were mobility-challenged. There were alot of construction works in process in preparation for high season. The gym is pretty small for such a big resort.

The hotel was and is a super place with exceptional staff who are so efficient, the Hotel is very clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the Dining is very good again with very obliging staff

The work being carried out beside our suite of which we were not advised about although we had been upgraded by the Hotel which was very good

I'v been around the world but this the place where I would like to visit it again and again and again

Attention to detail is important and it was provided. It is a beautiful environment for a very relaxing break and the staff were withou exeption most helpful and accommodating

We should have been advised when bookig that the beach bar/pool and facilities were not available

It is a very nice setting with small houses mirroring an Andalusian village.The accomodation is very nice.

Unfortunately the pool was too heated so it was impossible to swim even though the outdoor temperature was only 22 celsius.

Stayed often, that must be a good sign, one that shows we like a great deal about this hotel.

Stayed often, but getting tired of making excuses for long waits at beach bar for service. This hotel exceeds expectations in so many ways, a shame the standard has slipped. Also tried the new Namazake restaurant and were very disappointed.

thanks for the up-grade.rooms very cozy room.finally good beach service. fully satisfied as i visit the hotel for more than 20 years and i consider it a "2 home"

The hotel was very queit when I visited and there were not very many staff in the bar area so getting a drink was a chore The Junior suite I had was nice but let down by the bathroom which is in need of a refurb plus the entrace to the room was like going into a bar cellar, dark and dingy!

Terrible waiter service at breakfast for 2 days running , I currently have a complaint with the hotel I also witnessed a member of the beach service staff use the toilets not wash his hands and return to serving customers, the pool beach beds were all taken with peoples towels as non occupancy was not managed by the staff , so if you want a beach bed get up early and put your towel down!,personally I do not book a 5 star hotel to do this building work going on in adjacent buildings at the moment so some noise Gym / Spa does not belong to hotel although you do have full access This hotel is overpriced for the service it provides ,I will not return

Location is unbeatable. The restaurants in the hotel are good in general, especially the Japanese one was fantastic. Having Suite del Mar in the hotel is a big plus too. Beach is nice.

Rooms are outdated, need renovation, in my opinion my room and the hotel in general was not worth the money that I paid for it. I paid 550 € and with what I got, this in my opinion is a 300 € hotel at max. Pools are too small and not clean enough. There was a lot of sand (?!!) in the pool. There is no resturant in the hotel that serves regular food after 3.30 because they all close kitchens so you have to eat snack food!! This is very strange for a 5 star hotel and for one that is probably regarded as the best hotel in Marbella. I knwo there are not many options to choose in Marbella, but if you know a better one, go for it.
