We stayed in a duplex room (large living room with bedroom upstairs). The reception area was enormous with plenty of sofas and different areas to sit. Was too far to walk into town - 2 kg. There were no marked walks from the hotel so had to use car everytime we went out. There was no internet connection in the rooms.

The location was excellent, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside. The food was very good, as was the service. The hotel had a very friendly tranquil atmosphere and the rooms were excellent. The price of the spa was far too expensive therefore we never used it. A Christmas cd was played at one point which seemed a bit strange in May! There could be some new music as we have heard the same tracks for the last four years. There could perhaps be a better advertising board showing what activities can be done in the area. Despite the above comments, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

el lugar donde se encuentra es precioso Y el hotel esta bien. un inconveniente es que al ir con silla de bebe todos los acceso son empedrados.como sugerencia podÍA tener un sendero asfaltado. la zona de piscina Y spa un poco peor que el hotel

Estupendo hotel. Es la segunda vez que nos dejamos caer por allí y todo magnífico. Del hotel nada. Sólo hemos tenido mala suerte y hemos coincidido con un grupo que estaba de curso de inglés y eran u npoco ruidosos.

El trato del personal es muy bueno; nos encantaron las cenas y el desayuno es muy bueno Pregunta 5.- la verdad es que no recomendaría el barco de avila a otros viajeros, hacía mucho que no estaba en ella y el poco encanto que tenía lo ha perdido

Hemos adoptado como tradición ir al valle del jerte para la fiesta del cerezo en flor y este hotel nos ofrece una relación calidad precio excelente. Lo mejor el SPA y la carta del restaurante. Habitaciones limpias y acogedoras

Localização, a 20 Km da Estância de La Covatilha, lugar calmo com excelentes instalações. Wireless não abrange todos os quartos do hotel, ruido do sistema de climatização.

Estupendo para relajarse. Se aconseja reservar media pensión esta alejado del pueblo y después del spa mejor descansar y no coger el coche. Muy cerca del jerte y Piedrahita.

Me ha gustado la ubicacion y el gran espacio exterior. fenomenales las vistas En el restaurante se come bien el spa me parecio una porqueria muy estrecho el vestuario y con gente que gritaba Pueden mejorar desayuno churros estaban crudos

Het restaurant was gezellig ingericht, heerlijk eten. De kamer was groot en schoon met een heerlijk bubbelbad. Sauna was naar hollandse begrippen klein, maar voldeed wel. Eigenlijk niets.
