I liked the design of the room

I did not like that there was no real door to the bathroom which gave no privacy.

Rooms are modern,clean, and very quiet. The staff is very kind

Very friendly style nice clean hotel best was really massive bed

Would definitely stay here in the summer but not after 16th of September when the pool closes. Was 36 degrees and the pool and terrace closed two days after arriving! Once terrace closed no where to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather.

This hotel is such great value for money, it is very luxurious and the rooftop pool and spa is a welcome relief from the summer heat. It is a bit out of the tourist area but a bus runs right past the door every 20 minutes and it is only a short ride into town. There are some lovely restaurants nearby around the old bull ring which we enjoyed every night.

The cleaning staff will knock at your door at 9am and every half hour afterwards if you don't remember to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I went to the cafe downstairs on the Sunday and had the most beautiful sandwich and coffee but went on the Monday and the coffee was undrinkable and the sandwich was half the size and not toasted properly.

That's a nice hotel, that has a good location very close to the airport! The staff is very friendly, the food in the bar was excellent, the design of the hetel, the cleanness of the rooms were on high level!

Clean, modern hotel, with large room. Well equipped shower room. The special offer room rate was very good, but parking was expensive. Breakfast was good value.

Restaurant not available for dinner. Went for an evening meal at 8.45pm, and the restaurant was closed. Advertised as open until 1030. Had to eat in the cafeteria, but the staff were very good, and really tried. No decent restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable.

The pool was shut as only open in season. i had chosen this hotel as it had a pool . With temperatures exceeding 30 degrees, you would hope it would be open.There were no tea/coffee or bottled water provided in the room and room service (from 8 am, too late!) bought a pitiful offering for a 4 star and no milk, despite expressly asking for it. I was ignored when entering for breakfast and just hung about waiting to be seated or to find out what the protocol was. Small matters , but a shame in 4 star hotel. Especially as i have to return to Granada this summer.

It looks nice and modern.

A modern design hotel, where function has been overlooked. Rooms are noisy: you can hear your neighbours going to the toilet, and everything in the corridor. Return close springs on all doors squeal like strangled pigs when opened and make doors bang when closed. Horrendous design! Twin beds were hard. Reception and bar staff fine, restaurant staff need to remember the power of a smile.

Bien en líneas generales

Cincidí con la celebración de una boda y comunión y era imposible moverse por recepción. La wifi muy deficiente y no es la primera vez que me pasa en este hotel

el trato dispensado por el personal de recepcion ha sido exquisito . en especial el del sr. Alfonso. muchas gracias por su atencion. las habitaciones son muy amplias. todo perfecto.

J'ai apprécié la qualité de l'accueil. La chambre était très grande, calme et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est servi très tôt à partir de 7 h et son prix est correct : 5 €

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver. Il est situé loin du centre-ville. Il faut compter une demi-heure à pied ou alors prendre un bus ou un taxi.

Las instalaciones

Que no esta abierta la piscina y la situación un poco alejada del centro ciudad al ir con un bebe de un año

El personal sobre todo entrañable, te hacen sentir como en casa y la habitacion y la cama una pasada.

Habían muchos gorrillas por la zona pero la situacion para visitar la parte de la plaza de toros es muy buena.

El desayuno poco variado y de mala calidad

La calidad de las instalaciones y la presencia y trato del personal son excelentes.

La localización del hotel es de la periferia del centro de Granada.

El hotel muy bien,estado 5 dias,y la verdad,muy bien,lo que no puedo opinar es el temas de desayuno y comida por que,no lo utilice.Porlo demas muy bien,hotel casi centrico,en un paseo estas en el centro.La recepcion e de decir,que encantado,sobre todo con Jorge,quien me atendio y en todo momento encantador.

En general estoy satisfecha. El hotel está a 30´andando del centro de la ciudad. A cambio es posible aparcar el auto sin tener que pagar parking por la zona. Excelente la predisposición del personal de recepción del hotel. El desayuno está muy bien. Resumen: buena opción para escapada de fin de semana.

Sugerencia, ducharse sin mojar el piso del baño es imposible, sale el agua por la mampara, además de caerse el duchador con el cambio de presión de agua. Un tema que se puede resolver.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias

El zumo del desayuno para un cuatro estrellas es malisimo y los objetos de aseo muy escasos sin cepillo de dientes ni peine etc

Su situación céntrica

Tremandamente ruidoso. Las puertas hacen mucho ruido y el aire acondicionado tiene un silbido insoportable. Pedí que revisaran el aire y me dijeron que el técnico no estaba el fin de semana. Me cambiaron de habitación,tras comprobar que e sonido era insoportable, y me dieron una habitación sin vestir las camas,más chica y sin bañera. Dije que no me parecía bien y me contestaron que no tenían otra. Volví a la que estaba,sin aire, y sudando toda la noche. Debían haberme dado una superior pero no quise discutir más. Muy feo el detalle.

la habitación, la cama,el diseño y color, la distribución, la tranquilidad de no escuchar ruidos y que disponen de aire acondicionado.

la comida podría mejorar ya que el precio del desayuno era elevado para la calidad.

El hotel es moderno y a poca distancia del centro.

Próximo al centro, bien comunicado, habitación confortable, plazas de garaje grandes y personal atento.

En la habitación 128 no llegaba la señal de wifi.

Todo en general, su ubicación perfecta para visitar el casco histórico de granada, habitación enorme y nueva y tranquilidad de la zona

Nada, quiza que granada esta de obras y tienes muchas calles cortadas

Sinceramente me a gustado todo de este hotel, tuve cama de matrimonio y bañera (no entiendo tanta queja con ese tema) todo muy limpio, muy nuevo, la cama muy cómoda y el baño perfect, sobretodo la puerta del baño.

Si tuviese que poner algo negativo serían las almohadas, blanditas y finas, algo totalmente prescindible y bastante subjetivo, al igual que la mayoría de quejas que he leido (que me han dejado sorprendido)
