The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We did not like the food in the restaurant. We did not understand the menu and thought it was expensive for the poor quality of the food.

Ease of access from the motorway network - less than a mile, excellent underground secure parking, 15 minutes walk to Playa Mayor and Cathedral. Large , comfortable double room with good ensuite facilities. Free wifi slow and unreliable in bedroom thogh good in public areas.

We arrived following a ten hour drive hungry and tired! We paid 12.50 euro for parking, on arrival we were told to the parking was round the corner. We was not told we needed the room card to get in eventually a member of the public told us!! We were both really hungry and went to the dining room, I asked what they could provide for me as I am a vegetarian the reply was nothing!! We had to walk round Burgos for half an hour before finding somewhere to eat. We had asked for a none smoking room to no avail as it wreaked of smoke!! The beds moved along the floor when ever you moved, the window did not close The hotel was a total disappointment and we would never .stay there again.

It was clean, easy walking into town. It was all good except that Booking.com said we had to make a reservation for parking but the hotel said we couldn't because there were more rooms than parking spaces. However, there was space for us, which was a relief.

Third time at this hotel this. Executive rooms have ceiling to floor windows with great views (well, most of them), nice bathrooms, good towels. Well located, plenty of parking space outside although there is a hotel parking underground. Lobby needs a facelift, as well as elevators require to be renewed.

My wife and I used the hotel for two nights. It has to be the most accessible hotel for first time drivers. Food was good; parking usefuland staff friendly. Slightly out of town but a short and cheap bus ride takes you to most places of interest. Although well located, probably on the fringe of the suburban area with no immediate restaurants to hand. However the hotel has very good food and the town centre restaurants are only a short walk, bus -ride or taxi away

The restaurant was a notable and single exception . The rudest receptionist ever - I feel compelled to comment - in any language surely hotel staff understand the consideration for disabled guests?.The room design cannot be 4 star - the a/c could not regulate the high temp created by the setting sun - it made me feel ill. The bar was closed at 6pm - do you not expect guests to chill out after checking in and prior to evening meal ?

I know this Hotel for many years and it's my default choice in Burgos because of its location (10 minutes walking distance to the city center and close to the motorway access) and reasonable price. I didn't like: 1) the tobacco smell in my non-smoking room, 2) the parking garage, although large, needs some care and cleaning.

The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was really nice with a good shower. Breakfast had lots of choice. Good value for money. It was a fair walk into the city. The room was quite small. A pool would have been nice. It was quite hard to find.

Nice functional rooms. Comfy beds. Good shower with hot water on the spot, easy to graduate temperature (yes, when you travel a lot these things are important!). Plenty of electrical sockets to plug in your laptop and all other devices you carry. No fuss wi-fi! No passwords, no login code required. Wi-fi free and available all over the hotel and rooms. Only this was well worth the price. The top floor rooms have ceiling to floor windows, really nice views. Minor stuff like no room-service past 11:00 pm, Elevators need to be upgraded, lobby needs a face-lift, breakfast buffet so&so although staff ready todo anything to help

Good facilitiy spotlessly clean, secure car parking, good value for money The only negative was the fact that the Bar is closed during the afternoon till 7.00pm. This was a dissapointment which we overcame by going eleswhere to eat and have refreshments.

The restaurant was good with an excellent choice of food and wine. We were only given one key card. This meant when I went out shopping the the lights went out. I needed the key to access the garage where my car was parked. After the evening meal we sat in the bar area to have a drink. After ten minutes I asked the receptionist where was the bar tender ? He replied working in the restaurant, I will tell her. A further ten minutes later still no bar tender, so we went to our room very disgruntled.

We were in transit to the costa del sol so we appreciated that it was easy to find, just off the autovia, the scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had in a hotel. The reception staff were really helpful but the hotel menu did not have english translation so we ate out being illiterate in spanish. As I said above they would have gotten my custom if there'd been a multlingual menu in the restaurant.

This was an overnight stay on my way back to the uk by car, excellent loaction & easy to find. Hotel bathroom was amazing. Extra charge of 12 euros for parking at the hotel. As we had a car full of luggage we needed the safety, so had to pay, as outside on street parking was not an option.
