Location, close to the centre, close to train station Atocha. Free wifi available. Size of the rooms, not big, but neither too small, you can move within the room without problems.

I liked combination of the hotel's location and its facilities with its value. I found there everything that I need to have comfortable rest and relax. There are lot of tv channels and wi-fi connection included in room rate. Breakfast is also very good.

This hotel wouldn't be for everyone. Location is not the best area for a sense of safety or good restaurants. However, it is near the Metro and in walking distance to the Atocha train station. Rooms are small but then the price is lower. I was satisfied. The reception people were great. Couldn't figure out how to work the shower stall. You have to be in it before turning it on and either get cold or hot water sprayed on you by 4 spigots that come out near my shoulders. Couldn't figure out how to get the water to come out of the showerhead.

Solid hotel, I stayed in a single room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and basic, bathroom was clean with a good hot shower, and strong water pressure. Location is good as it is less than a block from a metro stop, with several cafes and bars near by. Puerta del Sol and the Palace are 10-15 minute walks and the neighborhood felt very safe. Hotel room was generally quiet but you could occasionally here a door slam that I would say was a little louder than average. I stayed in an interior room that had zero other noise. The natural light was modest and the view was nothing to write home about but the upside was the room was quiet aside from

Near the latin quarter, 15 min stroll or 4 euros by taxi (rank outside). Metro 4 mins away. Pleasant wide pavement area outside to have a coffee and people watch. Good centre. Excellent reception staff. Breakfast very good. Car park not suitable for large cars or the faint hearted as there are lots of pillars and little manouvering space.

The hotel is well situated, nearby the lively area of La latina. It is also deserved directly through the subway. In spite of this, it is quite. The staff is efficient and the Wifi is working. The hotel in general is quite old including the rooms. The breakfast could be improved. These two features are in accordance with the price.

The hotel is very close to the Metro Station "Puerta de Toledo", and it was very easy to find the hotel from the station. The bath room was very small for me, but it was clean and just staying a few days is O.K.

Good value city centre hotel. Rooms comfortable and very clean. The internet does not work more than 5 minutes per day. If all you need to do is collect your mail, and you have the patience then this hotel may be ok for you. If you need the internet for anything longer than 5 minutes per day then you should try elsewhere. It is a shame because everything else about the hotel is fine.

Room Air Conditioned, very clean and bathroom replenished everyday. Check in and out smooth & fault free. Location just 3 minutes from Metro. Buffet Breakfast. Wifi in the room was poor. However a cable connection had been provided. Hot Buffet selection was not that special.
