Staff couteous and helpful Room comfort (v.good for a 3star hotel. I have stayed in less good 4star establishments!) Breakfast 24hr easy access Location (at least for me as my family live nearby)

Nothing that springs to mind !

The location is particularly convenient for us as our son runs a nearby bar. It is also a fairly short walk to most of the attractions of Madrid. There is a metro station on the doorstep.

Near metro. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel. Nice TV and good channels.

Small beds. No tissues in hotel room.

Excellent facilities for wheelchair users in the rooms

Some more choice of food in breakfast should be there.

Single room was extremely small.

Everything was really nice! My requests were honoured.

Placement is good, close to all central locations you might reach by walk, using underground or by taxi.

It's small space inside shower cabin. And repair is still goes on.

Value for money, my requests where honoured. The area and it's convenience.

The noise of the traffic

Nice hotel - staff was friendly, room was clean, nicely designed and spacious. Good location - 15 min by foot from Sol, metro station just around the corner, cercanias station to airport and main train stations is within 5 minutes walk. Good wi-fi connection in the room. Bathroom is well equipped and comfortable.

You can hear every noise from every person going near your room, so prepare earplugs if you want a good sleep. No heating in the bathroom - in january this is rather uncomfortable.

The hotel was/is being renovated and the two room I had were brand new and very very clean

Breakfast was not really very good.

Good price. Good loacation. Close to sol and grand via.

There is no mini bar.

this was a fantastic hotel and great value for money. The breakfast set you up for the day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier, but were polite.

The location was ideal for me and my wife as it was only 10 minutes walk from the venue where we saw our concert,Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Woluld have preffered some scrambled or boiled eggs at breakfast, also the under ground parking for 18 euros was not ideal, we were blocked in by staff cars and it was too small to park ideally.

Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Friendly helpful staff. Very good location.

I was a little unfortunate to be there at the time of some work bing undertaken to expand its capacity, but it was mostly at the time when I was out touring.

Breakfast OK. Size of the room: OK.

At the moment (29 May 2012) the hotel is renovating. This means using the service elevators, less cleanliness but above all: Noise! People are drilling into re-enforced concrete in the morning. Not so nice as a wake up call. Further: there is internet available in the lobby (1 computer with hardly any space around it) for which you ned to pay 3 euro/15 minutes. Given the slowliness of the computer, you can hardly do anything. I think paying for internet in a hotel is outdated, certainly when they announce it is for free!! Same story with the safety boxs in the room. Every time you open it, you need to pay again if you want to close it.

Rooms could be better

Excellent location above all. Close to a Metro station and in the center of town. Clean hotel with very kind staff.

The only thing I can think off is that after 11:30pm there is no food service in the hotel.

Não tem propriamente a ver com o hotel,mas à entrada tem uma árvore grande que depois tapa a vista dos quartos para as Puertas de Toledo.
