Comfort and clean hotel.
Did not inform us of xtra fee 15 Eur for dog, neither was it on the pet-disclaimer we signed on check-in. This is not fair. We did not pay the xtra. Not a very central area. Hard to fin a dinner-restaurant in this area.
The receptionist in the evening was absolutely made for the job, he was perfect. One of the best beds I had and I travel a lot.
The receptionist in the morning should definitely search for an other job :-) Quite some noise from the street, but as it was like a humming sound, could sleep any way.
- nice spacious room - great value for money - ideal location
- very weak and slow wifi
Price was very reasonable for the time of year. i.e. New years eve!
Very pleasant hotel...
I love the hotel for many reasons. Is not only superbly located between the sea/port and the city centre, walking distance but also accessible by car and public transport; but the staff is amazing -special mention to the manager Jokin and to the receptionist Misho. The hotel is modern, clean, cute and rooms are big and well equipped. For an extra money you can be upgrade to a junior suite and this is a great deal. The breakfast is delicious and with many choices. It is the perfect hotel for a stay in Valencia not spending a lot of money, getting quality and excellent service, and being just 10mi literaly away from the sea or the city centre :)
The location easy to get by car from the south . The parking very convenient and the confortable big bed
size of room was good and helpful staff.
bathroom was a little tired and needed refreshing, ie mold stains on tiling grouting and no bidet.
We have stayed in this hotel around three times now. It's an excellent choice if you are going to watch a Valencia CF football match at the Mestalla stadium, as it's only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If not going to the Mestalla it's probably not the best location as it's around 30 mins walk from the hotel to the centre of the old town, and probably around 20 mins to the City of Arts and Sciences. Our room was very clean and comfortable as usual.
The WiFi in our room: Room 123. In this room we could connect to the WiFI but the signal was so weak that it was unusable. I reported this to reception when we checked out and she said she will get this investigated.
Near to Parks
Restrictions for Pet travellers
Location - we all came for the 2014 Valencia MOTOGP so great to get taxoi and train to and back from the circuit.
For the size of the hotel and 4 star rating the food selection and seats in the restaraunt needs expanding.
we was for 9 nights9 half pension) in October in Valencia. It was a good hotel, near the metro station Aragon, the beach and the new city of arts and science. Very kind staff from restaurant( specially the first maître and Diana Olaru)
the noise from the street
The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable.
All staff were very helpful specially Misho at the reception Actually all of them were very friendly
Internet connection sometimes was slow but in general it was good
Professional staff and good organization.
Caters to bus tours ... bet that's understandable, given the size of the hotel.
A very modern hotel, at a good location (5-7min from metro station, 15min walk to the science/oceanographic park). The breakfast is very good and varied.
The wifi was from "Kubi" and it was limited to http port 80, so I could not get my pop email.
Location Nice room
clean, comfortable, and cozy rooms
not a very good location poor wifi
More of a suggestion than a dislike, maybe have an English translation of the restaurant menu.
I liked the garden, especially after they changed our room and gave us one with a view to the pool. Because it was rainy and nobody use it, it was also very silent. Good connection to the old town, the bus station is just at the corner of the street. Not exactly my type of hotel , I took it for the swimmingpool and I didn't use it.
The smell. As you enter through the door it hits you. I do not know if it is from the cleaning solutions or just because is an old hotel, even if they try to keep it clean it is obvious tyred.
Breakfast was nice.
Wifi was useless. Better think no wifi or you need to pay for it.
The service was excellent in virtually all respects. It was very much a commercial hotel rather than being a holiday hotel, but that wasn't a problem for my friend and me.
The price of meals was, in our opinion, very high, and especially the charge of 1.5 euros for bottled water (selling in the shops for 30c) when we had asked for tap water!
Lobby was nice
The noise outside was really bad. Location was bad. Hotel was not clean. Breakfast buffet cold, At best a 3 star
The location is ok cause it's in the middle of valencia and easy to travel to all the sights but the neighborhoods are not that pleasent. Not dangerous but just poor neighborhood. Room was clean and very pleasant staff. I totally recomend it if you not plan to eat there.
