The rooms are not large. It is out of the old city. It is different from the pictures of advertisement.

Slow internet but resolved when I was moved to another room. Need new login every 3 days. Poor noise insulation between rooms, as I could hear other quests walking around.

Internet speed was poor but was improved as they changed my room, there is no spa or jim . Limited choice of Food in the restaurant.

That is was not far from the old town or the arts and science center.

Location seemed a bit run down. Requested a double bed, this was not what we got. They offered us a double bed after our first night, but in a smoking room. You could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms. The cafeteria was not open the hours advertised. Would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is just on the other side, from the city centre, of the beautiful museum park (in the old riverbed) with the stunning architecture from the famous Santiago Calatrava. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. The room was large and pleasant with bright white lights. The road at the front of the hotel is busy so ask for a room at the back which is very quiet. The TV had a good selection of channels including the major international news channels. Free Wifi internet worked well with sufficient speed to view streaming media. The bathroom was nice and clean with a tub. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food including fried and poached eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese, ham, etc. Unfortunately the eggs and bacon were not really warm although there were heating lamps above. These lamps were very bright, lighting large areas of the breakfast room, so maybe they used lamps for reading instead of heating. The metro, when you don't have a car, is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. This metro runs between the airport and the port. Get of 2 or 3 stops before the port.

A good hotel that seems to be past it's prime. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly and refurbished. The bathroom was grimy, and the bed cover was stained. The bed matress was very hard. Not a big deal for me, but had an old CRT TV in the room.

Mattress in the room was a bit too hard not so comfortable, it would be much better if the hotel change em. I also had the impression that the reception desk is maybe understaffed for the size of the hotel.

The staff and the rooms were excellent

The poor deal on supposed 'Free' Wifi which is a ruse to get you to buy their wifi if you need to do more than just browse the internet at very slow speed

Staff were excellent really helpful. The breakfast buffet had excellent choices to suit all tastes.

Great location, very close to the City of arts and science and to the Turia park. Easy access by bus to the city center and to the beach. Metro station near by for access to the train station and airport. Big comfortable rooms, rich breakfast. Helpful staff.

A modern hotel with a great location close to the subway with easy transport to the airport. Close to the football stadium if you are in town to see Valencia cf play. Walking distance to the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences. Clean, rather large rooms. Nice staff. Quick checkin and checkout. So in short, a great choice.
