Otelin lokasyonu çok iyi. Odalar çok temiz , gürültü yok, paranızın karşılığını alabileceğiniz güzel bir otel. Sigara içilmeyen katta kalıyor olmamıza rağmen koridorlarda rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. |

Very Clean hotel in the city centre.You can reach Oceanographic and the city centre to eat easily by walking. There is not free parking and near the hotel you can not find parking place easily.Police took away our car and we pay 133 Euros for the parking tax(Ceza) |

Overall, my experience staying at the hotel was pleasant, and i would go back. I had an issue with the staff as during a day out i managed to get lost in Valencia. I managed to contact the hotel but they would not send a taxi to pick me up. |

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The room was a good size and the air conditioning worked well. It was very clean and there was an in room safe. Overall good experience. About a 5-7minute walk to a nearby metro station. No free internet. |

The Hotel was very nice and new, situated between the center and the beaches. Very well served from buses and located in a safe zone of the city. Mestalla stadium is right next the corner!!! Maybe a swimming pool as the hotel is missing it. The snack bar could have something more to eat but in Valencia you can find thousands so is not a real negative thing. |

We definitelly did not appreciate the fact that although we have booked non-smoking rooms months in advance, we have been assigned smoking rooms. As more and more countries and municipalities around the world forbid smoking in public places, more can be done to maintain the smoke-free environment. Also, the drinks available in the room could be complimentary (free) as they are in many other hotels |

The Dinner menu was excellent but it would have been helpful to have an English translation as we do not speak fluent Spanish and the restaurant staff did not speak any English |

The staff was helpful, the Internet in the room worked very well and it was for free. The room was very clean. If you don't mind taking the metro, it has a very good position that give you access to the main points of interest in the city (2 stations to the city center, 6 to the Bioparc, 7 stations to the beach). 15-20 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences and Turia old river bed park. A little bit noisy from the other rooms. |
