Very old furniture from eighties or nineties, horrible shower, dirty (a big cockroach was cruising around the place in the mornong)

-cockroaches- spray will help a lot be ready to put on your shopping list, -not clean- bathroom poor condition and poor clean I used bleach before I used, -be -internet wi-fi only available at reception room, -no private parking, -bed very uncomfortable, ask for double otherwise you will get two single impossible for cuddle :)

the hotel is tired it is in need of a revamp. as a repeat customer I requested an upstairs pool location room this was totally ignored.

Very clean, great pool bar. Well equipped apartments and great location.

Could do with a bit of upgrading. No wifi available outside reception. As there are a lot of English speaking guests a couple of English channels would be good.

Cheap price, room sevice very good, room cleaned every three days. Close to restaraunts and some shops.

Access to hotel can be gained by ANYONE, has four ungated, entrances. Only three sun umbrella's to serve almost 100 rooms and no shade around the pool area. Having to hire a kettle, toaster in a self catering accomodation ! Hotel public computer not working, so checking on return flights etc was not possible. Noise/music till midnight every night from the Nelson bar by the pool.

I booked a last min apartment here, as my family were going on holiday! As their hotel was fully booked I searched for nearest alternative! Blue sea puerto was opposite so perfect!! Only paid £160 euros for week so perfect !!

Rooms were v basic!! No air con! But can't complain for money we paid!! The lord nelson bar within apartments was great atmosphere ! Didn't use pool as family were in hotel across road but all looked v clean and tidy!!

My youngest daughter booked this a week or so before travelling. The accomodation represents excellent value for money.The complex is well located,very close to all amenities and the staff are wonderfully helpful.From the exterior the complex is well presented. The reception provides a comfortable and relaxing location from which to access the free wifi connection to catch up on your mail..

On arrival the apartment smelt musty. We stayed in No 87 and I will concur with the previous occupants, who stated that the apartment was damp. Opening the doors and windows remedied this in the short term along with a Euro 1 perfumed candle. The shower cubical door was loose and in parts the apartment seemed a littel unloved, though the standard of cleaninessly was superb.Obviously the cleaning staff work very hard to amaintain standards and with a bit on minor maintenance. IIf you are a light sleeper ai would not recommedn this apartemtn,unless you have earplugs, as you will be awoken at around 05.30hours by waht I think was a motorised street cleaner. Remenber take your own kettle and don't bother hiring the TV remote - Euro 5 refundable, unless you speak German. Only one EAnglish movie channel.

a bit noisier some nights because of live music,but our son (2y) slept through no problem, less privacy as our apartment was facing the swimming pool, but finally it was not much disturbing... strong bleach smell after cleaning. Overall the experience was positive and especially the value for money is great!

The location in a tourist village isn't wonderful, but it was walking distance to the beach. The music from the bars was quite loud but stopped at a reasonable time. Reception was closed from 1-4 which meant we had to hover around outside to use the wifi.

Steer clear of this hotel. The hotel has two divisions, one up in the city and one below about 200 m from the sea. We stayed on the lower branch and ate breakfast on the second branch 250 m away. The room we got was on the second floor in the middle of the complex. It was like staying in a backyard We shared patio with an adjoining room. This is not a good case. The room was dark, with a itressant insect live.Inside were quantities of small black insect like ants. Outside it was a swarms of cockroaches. There were not any in our room, but those who lived on the grund floor was not so lucky. On the other hotel department where we ate breakfast, were 1/3 of the rooms below the street level with open patio facing to the street. This looks like a monkey cage. The breakfast that was served here was ok, but the Hotel staff was crabby.. No smile and they made a horrible slammring with plates. All doors were open, it was cold and if we closed the doors were the staff quick to open them. It was so unpleasant that we stopped to eat breakfast even though we had paid for it. PS you can only use owen PC in the resepsjon.

The location was great, the staff friendly with good value for money.

The rooms were very tired and in much need of updating. My mum's room was very damp and she ended up with a chest problem as a result. Shame we have to hire the basics such as a kettle and toaster. More of a kitchen would have been good - i.e. an oven. We were very near the road and that's not good with a 5 year old. We had to keep a contant eye on her.

Room quite basic, no kettle, no air-conditioning, tv had only one English language channel (movies only), staff said they were waiting for this to be rectified but other reviews point out that this has been the case for some considerable time.

Relaxing, nice sun terrace near the beach and shops. When the music got too loud on the terrace they did turn it down when I asked them to.

My room, 15, was very noisy at night being right over the bar/restaurant, but at least the music stopped at 11.30pm. also the room was in full view of the terrace bar so no privacy sitting out in the evening.
