Location was excellent

Very nice room swimming pool and spa for the evening hours beach only at 200 meters

I had booked a junior suite but I changed to a smaller room with balcone and seasight, which the junior suites do not have and the junior suites have more noice from a kebab untill late in the evening

The spa is fantastic and the staff is very friendly.

Well positioned hotel in a lovely low-key resort. Room not very large but well equiped and very clean as was the bathroom. The real bonus was a very large terrace with loungers as well as chairs and table.

No real bar and no restaurant open at night (although there were some great restaurants in the town so might not have eaten here anyway). Worst aspect by far was the awful breakfast. Very little choice and poor standard of cold meats/cheese. One of the poorest continental breakfasts I have experienced for years. Staff friendly and helpful though.

Thermal spa was free for hotel guests and amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Small fishing village on the port - very very quiet and friendly.

Very nice hotel in Puerto de Las Nieves (a little way from Agaete). Really friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's a very quite area, with fantastic scenery. Would thoroughly recommend a short visit.

Nothing really. It was a little more expensive, but then a nice hotel.

The staff were very helpful, room was huge. Use of the Spa was included in the room rate . Very short walk to the beach and a great variety of cafes and restaurants.

Didnt have a room with balcony only a view over a walkway.

Ett trevligt hotell, nästan lite lyxigt, med trevlig personal.

Vi åkte dit för att simma, sola och vandra i omgivningen. Poolen var inte ämnad att simma i och det fanns inga solstolar.

Frühstücksraum und Frühstück lieblos Zimmer sehr dunkel und nur mit Ausblick auf drei Meter entfernte Hauswand

Spa met warm waterzwembad, zelfs badsloeven ter beschikking. Kamer met uitzicht en groot balkon. Typische canarisch dorp Puerto las Niebes ligt fenomenaal mooi aan klif, verschillende restaurantjes en leuke terrasjes. Vlakbij vallei Agaete.

Weer is onstabiel en het is een stuk kouder dan in het zuiden.

Super uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie kamer met groot balkon, geweldige ligging dichtbij zee. Spa was kleinschalig maar heerlijk. Agaete is een super sfeervol stadje en de vallei om de hoek vinden wij het mooiste plekje op de Canarische eilanden! Echt prachtig en zeer geschikt voor wandelingen.

Het bed is klein en niet erg comfortabel.

Die interessante Architektur des Hotels. Die Sauberkeit. Sollte es mich wieder in diese Ecke der Welt ziehen, würde ich jederzeit wieder dort übernachten...
