Apartamentos Hg Lomo Blanco  

Vi likte godt alle plantene i området. Første uken bodde vi veldig lite solrikt, men da vi fikk anledning til å flytte til sol og havutsikt ble alt helt topp. Nærme til dagligvare og ellers kort vei til selve sentrum. Vi er godt fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake, men da med forbehold om sol og rom med havutsikt. Vi er nemlig ikke bassengfolk.

Det var trasig med den mørke leiligheten uten sol, som igjen gjorde at det ble temmelig kjølig på rommet.

Excellent value for money. Block b is quieter as is not near the bar area. I have stayed in Lanzarote many times and in comparison to other apartments of the same star quality this is by far the best.

The staff in the bar are great and the cleaners were brillant.

Alot of the sunloungers were broken and very uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning. Also I thought is very expensive if you wanted to use the washing machine it cost 3 euro 50 cent each time and that's not including washing power.

Ideal location and central to bars, restaurants and beach.

The nightly entertainment. The fact that you only got one room key so if one person was out, the other had to be in the room and couldn't leave.

The staff were very attentive. The receptionists were extremely helpful and obliging. Our bedlinen and towels were changed frequently. The apartment was cleaned often. Everyplace outside was very clean. They were ideally situated even though there were 136 steps to the beach but that was ok as it only took 5 mins to get to the beach using the steps. We will be back!!

The only complaint I had was there were a lot of the sunbeds beside the pool cracked and broken but not removed. Otherwise excellent apartments.

Central location and friendliness of staff especially english barman

Shortage of sun beds due to people leaving towels at approx 8 oclock in the morning and not using them til lunch time. It should not be allowed. Also a lot of sun loungers were broken and we were unable to use them. There was a permanent damp odour in the bathroom (apt 231) and the towels were poor quality and appeared from the smell and appearance not to have been properly washed.

I found the staff at reception very helpful and very pleasent to deal with.the appartments are getting a little old but are very clean and spacious.the pool area is nicely laid out and it was very quiet at night time, I have stayed there a couple of times before and would stay there again. I would consider these appartments good value for money.

The apartments were clean, staff friendly and location was very central once you don't mind a few steps. The apartment was basic but kept very clean and is perfect for young couples. Would recommend as is near both new and old town.

Big cockroaches

Hotel is cheating clients with the services they provide and cost the take, photos at booking.com are far from real. Old shabby furniture, holes in mattresses, poor kitchen equipment small TV which is 15 y.o. , old sofa, broken and dirty lampshades! Territory is dirty, garbage bins are everywhere so you can see hundreds of black cockroaches. Very noisy in the evening up until 2 am and the hotel management do not care at all your comfort.

Location was great between the old and new town. Apartment was very clean. cleaning ladies were very nice

Alot of broken sun loungers. Either take them away or fix them. Very little umbrellas.
