Aparthotel Costa Volcán & Spa

Great family hotel - small and friendly. The aprtments are kept in good order and cleaned regularly during our stay

The Location is excellent close to both the Old Town and the New Town. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room and Balcony very spacious and facilities very good for self catering. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Food very good in restaurant and very reasonable. Breakfast excellent quality and staff very welcoming and friendly. Pool area very relaxing with a good mix of people and just a nice size not too big. Room to store luggage on checking out is a good facility. I was very impressed with the Hospitality Room to shower and change before our flight, it was a Big Plus. I stay in Lanzorate every year and have stayed in other Apartments and Hotels and none of them offer this facility. I will be returning to the Costa Volcan next Year.

very central to everything

The location is perfect and is in a nice part of Old Town with lovely restaurants around it. The appartments are perfect for 2 people but you get what you pay for and I feel was good value for money. Cleaners were very efficient and came every 2nd day. Great view from poolside balcony.

beds are very uncomfortable and are 2 singles which as a couple we would have loved a double bed. only small part of pool shallow, games room only had pool table.

the apartment was close to the beach and close to all facilities which we found ideal....

The apartment was very old and clearly needed refurbishment....also there was no air conditioning which was a major problem.....From your website I thought we would be staying in a private apartment/studio which was not the case.....pictures looked nothing like the actual apartment

We stayed in the bunglows by the harbour it was really nice

I was a little put out when I went to use the washing machine and told that I would have to wait till the next day. i had been lead to beleive that we would have a machine in our bunglow for the web site. I also requested some clean sheets and was told they would send them over but they were not sent over. I had a child that was unwell and had no sheets for his bed that night. i had to request them again the following day.

The hotel is in an ideal location for the beach and for both the Old Town and New Town. Hotel is basic but definitly value for money and would stay there again.

There was no umberellas around the pool which are badly needed during the hot weather!

Thin walls, could be cleaned better. Floors left feet black and hot water pot had stuff inside

Clean and tidy, great location, right beside all amenties. Good value for money. Great little bar at the pool with good food and cheap.

Room cleaning and clean towels could have been allot more frequent but no problem getting towels when requested.

location was perfect close to everything - beach, bars, shopping, staff was very helpful, cleaned apartment everyday, deep pool+jets, good value.

spa facilities had to be booked in advance, were closed for the time i have stayed, but --there's Scandinavian clinic just in the corner of the building, top service. There were twin beds in my apartment that couldn't be joined for a bit of luxury.
