Very private and relaxing, not far from the shops or beach, A few mins takes you onto a beautiful walk along side the beach,or just relax by the pool. The staff very friendly and helpful, we have'd stayed here before and we will stay again I hope. |

The pool in block one. we were placed in block 7 when we arrived. the pool was not suitable for us as none of us are acomplished swimmers. I booked Las Gaviotas as we had stayed there many times before in block one. should be advised when booking of blocks |

Easy access to pool, Bungalow was just right for our needs and got a lot of sunshine throughout the day. Patio was also no over looked and made for a enjoyable stay. |

We liked huge space of bungalow and the sense of privacy (although there were many bungalows one next to another). There was close to the beach and shopping/leisure centre but still was quiet. For first three days no one changes ours towels althouhg the rooms were cleaned |

Pool and bar in block 8 . Staff at pool bar were excellent , friendly and very helpfull . Clean and well kept and maintained . Only one , The Wifi signal was very week in our Bungalow and couldn't be used indoors . |

The bungalows were lovely, they had all required facilities and the complex itself was nice and quite right next to matagorda beach. An excellent location for a healthy relaxing holidays with miles of pedestrianised walkways and bicycle paths. The complex is only 1.30euro on the bus from the main strip or 5euro in a taxi. Its a lovely quiet place ideal for familys or more mature couples. The staff at the complex are not very nice but we had very little dealings with them so it didnt affect us too much. The towels in the bungalows are only changed 3/4 times during our weeks stay we did make a complaint about this and they begrudgingly gave us new towels on one occassion. |

2 minutes walk from long sandy beach and shopping centre repeat customer love the area great for walking no hills expensive to have to pay for TV very limited English speaking channels reception for tv not great. |

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the beach promenade, the complex was very pretty and had good privacy. Some reception staff could be more people friendly, eg a smile and more pleasant manner. |

We have stayed ant these bungalows several times 2 times already this year !!! we find them very central for our needs and look foward to staying there soon again . the staff are more than friendly and cannnot do enough to help and work quickly and quietly and efficiently |

Correct and quite large bungalows, well furnished I had ankle sprain. The Britsh surgery of Lanzarote came to the hotel. They charging 130 Euro for the medical consultation and 250 Euro for an air cast ankle brace !!!!!!! Please advice to never call a doctor from this company and use the nearest hospital ! |

Las Gaviotas is an excellent venue for those looking for a budget holiday. The bungalows are well equipped, the staff friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive package is wonderful value for money. Yes it is close to the airport, but the noise is really no problem and the beaches nearby are fantastic. I would happily go again |
