The housekeeping was good, and never a problem getting sunbeds by the pool, separate kiddies pool and relaxed atmosphere was enjoyable. The quality of the sleeping beds,and alot of the paving slabs around the pool have area have become very sharp due to wear and tear which resulted in the children receiving minor cuts and scratches when they fell. |

very good clean pool, helpful staff, good food, comfortable houses. nice place to spend holidays, 10minutes walking to the beach and close the center of the town. Not very crowded that is way we felt almost like at home- very good vine served at resteurant. |

I liked the friendliness of the staff, they were all really nice. The kids entertainment on the Sunday night was really good too, the Bungalow was kept really clean. The seats were not comfortable and I really didn't like the fact that there was no Air Conditioning, we come to Lanzarote every year, but this time it was extra hot, with only one fan (which we hired) that blewhot air around the room. This complex really needs Air Conditioning and would would be really good! |

Apartment was basic but very clean. The general facilities were acceptable but nothing exciting. Only stayed for one night so didnt use any facilities but didnt fancy the pool anyway. Would use again for a short stay. Price excellent for families on a budget - but i found small for a family of 4. The pool area was clean but basic, didnt exactly make you feel in holiday mode as quite clinical. |

beautiful garden, everything is clean, the staff is polite, close to the beach, quite, we stayed for a long time twice are very happy about it the timing of cleaning the rooms is not very good, otherwise the cleaning ladies were very polite and efficient |

The bungalows were well equiped and in excellent condition. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The enviorns are kept in pristine condition and the location is superb for a quiet relaxing holiday. The cutlery in the bungalows was very poor quality. |

We stayed in Hyde Park Lane two times, a family with two kids. This time I was travelling on my own but I booked the apartment based on my previous experience. Since the price is per apartment, not per person, for a family this hotel is a real bargain. Hyde Park Lane is in the quiet location. It is a bit of a walk from "main" Puerto del Carmen but close to the beach. The rooms are very clean. The staff on the reception is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would improve is the size of the water boiler. It is not sufficient for four people taking shower. |

the staff were extremely kind & helpful. the bungalows & grounds were spotless. The swimming pool was the cleanest that I have ever seen. I found the mattresses to be extremely firm. |

Thought that the facility was excellent Pool was 1st.class great for an early morning cure. Taxis cost 5 euros to old town arrived within a few minutes. Breakfast was ok not particularly brilliant but ok. Staff were exceptional friendly nothing was a bother. mall supermarket was good for fresh rools but be pre 9 am cost was good wine prices were ok not the best but reasonable ... will be back..... what more can one say !!! |

clean, quiet, comfortable, family oriented, groceries on site, close to beach, close to boardwalk for excellent jogging/walking, restaurant & bar on site, 15 min walk to 'town centre', friendly staff - we loved it - it was perfect for us & we would definitely return |

We stayed in a bungalow for 2-4 persons. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to shower. This is a big disadvantage. |

Nice quiet location, plenty of room round the pools,rooms clean and fairly well equipped. Will stay there again. Beds could do with better mattreses and the breakfast was typical of low cost hotels. |

Had a lovely time at hyde park lane. The private garden with the bungalow was wonderful for us, very private. A perfect location for a February/March break in the sun. Pity about lack of air conditioning. We gladly would have paid extra for the facility. Everything else was great. |

The rooms were great,but the mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. Loved the friendly atmosphere and thepool was clean and I noticed a life guard on hand most of the time. Great for couples and families. |
