Hyde Park Lane  

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le maintien de celui-ci par un gardien la nuit. Ambiance très relaxante et agréable aux bungalows, notamment en terrasse. Bungalow toujours propre (femme de ménage presque tous les jours). Petit supermarché près de la réception de l"hôtel très pratique. A 7 min à pied de la plage, et à 15min à pied du bus qui nous amène à arrecife... Bon accueil à la réception.

L'accès à internet n'est pas du tout correcte. L'accès au wifi était souvent mauvais (pas de connexion voire connexion tres lente). Il y a la possibilité de se connecter à deux ordinateurs fixes à 1€ pour les 15 minutes!!! Nous trouvons le prix exagéré. Nous aurions apprécié, vu la qualité de la connexion wifi, que l'accès à ces deux ordinateurs soit gratuit. L'eau chaude ne dure pas beaucoup de temps (environ 10min)...

Trés bon rapport qualité / prix. Trés bonne situation (plage, station balnéaire et quartier calme). Cadre agréable (jardin arboré). Personnel trés agréable. Bungalow confortable, propre et trés bien entretenu. Trés belles piscines.

La disponibilité du personnel, les jardins entourant les bungalows, la proximité de la plage et de l'aéroport, les repas variés, les animations en soirée.

Dommage que les plats contenant de la viande et/ou du porc n'étaient pas clairement signalés sur le buffet (je suis végétarien);

Peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle although you are within a few minutes walking distance. Self catering with your own bungalow and patio area. Like home from home particularly for eating al fresco and summer evening bbq's. Staff always polite particularly the cleaners. We have stayed here in March for the last two years and met many regulars on our return. This hotel is brilliant for complete relaxation but again we only go in March.

Evening entertainment at the site was limited but we were not staying during peak season. The entertainment revolved around the same acts week after week. Site shop was poor and did not stock very good range compared to local shops. It was also considerably dearer than local shops such as Spar. Frozen and chilled goods were not kept properly due to fridge freezers not running correctly at temperature.

Reception staff, maids, groundkeepers very pleasant and welcoming. Ideal for older holiday makers and families. Very well-maintained complex.

Would not recommend breakfast buffet which was poor quality. Only thing to criticise in what was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Hyde Park Lane end October for a week. 2 adults and 2 children. We found the the bungalows clean and well equipped, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. Grounds and gardens well maintained. The beds could do with being upgraded as they were a little uncomfortable, Pool area was nice with lots of sun loungers. Lovely playground for youngers kids and a kids mini club twice a day. Overall a nice place and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Would go back again but not high season as there is no a/c

The Hyde Park Lane is in the perfect location, just between Puerto del Carmen and Matagorde, and away from the hustle and bustle of both areas. The apartment layout is simple but you've got everything you need. We went for half board and I have to say the food was fabulous.

The staff were all very friendly. The rooms we stayed in was spotless and cleaned almost every day. The pool was lovely and not too crowded

Sun sun and more sun all the staff made you feel so welcome such a lovely friendy quiet place to stay

Never seen as many tits in my life people topless and small children running around if they have topless area should have sign up and children to other pool

Nice location and quiet.

Everything was wonderfu except that there was a smell of gas at the reception area for two days prior to our departure.

Value for money. Quiet environment. Nice and very helpful staff.

Temperature of the pool was 19 degrees C., which I experienced as very cold. Beds could me more comfortable.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very well looked after if a bit jaded in places. Excellent for family's with young children. Good snack bar and restaurant on site with a supermarket for essentials. Wi-fi in reception as well as 2 computers for usage. This is my fourth time staying at the hyde park lane and all have been trouble free, which is what you want. I shall be back!
