Det var ett lugnt område, vi var ute efter avkoppling och fick det verkligen. Rent och fräscht, väldigt tillmötesgående personal. Det var nära till stranden 5 min.bara Dit reser vi gärna igen, och jag kan rekommendera andra att göra det också. Och trädgården, fantastiskt vacker och väl underhållen. Inte illa direkt, frukosten var lite enformig, men med tanke på att det var mycket tyskar och engelsmän på hotellet så är väl frukosten anpassad till dem. Personligen hade jag föredragit mer grönsaker och frukt istället för muffins och andra söta bakverk. Sen saknade vi bäddmadrasser i sängarna. De var hårda och lite obekväma, men det fungerade. |

We stayed in Hyde Park Lane two times, a family with two kids. This time I was travelling on my own but I booked the apartment based on my previous experience. Since the price is per apartment, not per person, for a family this hotel is a real bargain. Hyde Park Lane is in the quiet location. It is a bit of a walk from "main" Puerto del Carmen but close to the beach. The rooms are very clean. The staff on the reception is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would improve is the size of the water boiler. It is not sufficient for four people taking shower. |

the staff were extremely kind & helpful. the bungalows & grounds were spotless. The swimming pool was the cleanest that I have ever seen. I found the mattresses to be extremely firm. |

Thought that the facility was excellent Pool was 1st.class great for an early morning cure. Taxis cost 5 euros to old town arrived within a few minutes. Breakfast was ok not particularly brilliant but ok. Staff were exceptional friendly nothing was a bother. mall supermarket was good for fresh rools but be pre 9 am cost was good wine prices were ok not the best but reasonable ... will be back..... what more can one say !!! |

clean, quiet, comfortable, family oriented, groceries on site, close to beach, close to boardwalk for excellent jogging/walking, restaurant & bar on site, 15 min walk to 'town centre', friendly staff - we loved it - it was perfect for us & we would definitely return |

We stayed in a bungalow for 2-4 persons. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to shower. This is a big disadvantage. |

Nice quiet location, plenty of room round the pools,rooms clean and fairly well equipped. Will stay there again. Beds could do with better mattreses and the breakfast was typical of low cost hotels. |

Had a lovely time at hyde park lane. The private garden with the bungalow was wonderful for us, very private. A perfect location for a February/March break in the sun. Pity about lack of air conditioning. We gladly would have paid extra for the facility. Everything else was great. |

The rooms were great,but the mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. Loved the friendly atmosphere and thepool was clean and I noticed a life guard on hand most of the time. Great for couples and families. |

The apartments are clean and tidy Remote controllers were not avalable for the tv, we dined in the restaurant and had to send a fillet steak back twice to have it cooked "well done" |

We enjoyed the location - quiet, yet very close to the beach and other facilities. The pools were good and clean. The breakfast was adequate - not top standard, The beds were a little uncomfortable. The microwave did not work properly. The supermarket was rather more expensive than Spar - 5 minutes walk away. |

The room was pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and park was lovely. The beds were uncomfortable and there was no entertainment over the weekend, the bar was open but not manned. |

Breajkfsat buffet is good. Hyde Park Lane is situated on the relative quite side of the boulevard. Close to the beach and some fine restaurants. Close to the airport as well (10 minutes) but no noise of planes. |

hotel complex was well layed out and landscaped. Rooms were adequate and spacious enough resulting in a good price/value ratio. the main compaint I had was that the hot water tank for the unit is too small to allow 2 people to take 2 consecutive showers without running out of hot water. The bathroom also could use some additional towel racks or hooks to hang up wet towels and/or bath robes. And finally, it would be nice if the hotel could at least provide some soap and shampoo |
