Excellent location and very friendly reception staff. Very clean. Food not wonderful - and I'm not fussy at all. Once again waiters not always polite, but very pleasant reception and cleaning staff more than make up for the service received by one or two waiters in the evening. |

the friendliness of all the staff they made us feel very welcome,the room was comfortable the food excellent the bar staff were brilliant the animators were polite and friendly reka,mia veronica were excellent with the adults and the kids.I will be going back next year |

Las Costas was the best 4* hotel we have experienced in any sunshine location. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. |

The staff was very knowleadgeable and professional, food was varied and very good, plenty of choice for all tastes. The room was spacious even with the additional child bed. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall everything was great and there is nothing negative to report about this hotel at all. |

Walk along the las pocillos beach towards the airport and then onto playa del honda. Open access anytime to non-residents who used the sunbeds, pool and showers etc. Music around the pool area, thumping and not relaxing in any way! |

very warm harted hotel. Our flight was canceled due to the volcanic ash, they prolonged the same room for us with lower price. Super! And will be back again. |

Standard of rooms was excellent, generally staff were extremely helpful and approachable, immaculately manicured grounds, well located. Restaurant staff were tactless and insensitive in enforcing dress-code rules |

We liked everything. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The food was great - loved the salads ...mmmmmm! The whole complex was great - you would find it hard to find anywhere nicer on the island! |

beautiful location - right on beach: Very relaxing holiday. Receptionists very friendly and offered very good customer service. One member of restaurant staff very rude, which was a shame as all others were very friendly and attentive. |

Good location and good food. Relatively quiet hotel and always able to get a sun-bed. Having to go outside to go to your room. Rooms are external apartment type but nice. |

We stayed at this hotel during Valentine’s weekend. We found the location to be excellent, next to the beach, easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars, etc. Usually, we don’t choose half-board, but I have to admit that the food was quite good! The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The little patio (with a bit of a sea view) was nice. We arrived early to the hotel (because of our flight time), and super-nice Christine at reception checked us in immediately, and then bought us a beer at the bar! We will stay here again when we return to Lanzarote! Some of the staff in the restaurant seemed a bit grumpy, like they weren’t really happy to be there. I think a 4-star hotel should also have fresh orange juice at breakfast, not that machine stuff! And why is there no coffee at dinner? No major complaints though! |

The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. It was easy to get sunbeds with no getting up early to reserve. Friendly staff. The bar area is very badly lit and creates a slightly depressing atmosphere. |

great location & still not too crowdy. Great beach-access & ideal for day-trips around the amazing island. Has a 20% discount deal with the local golf-course, which was a nice bonus. |
