The Breakfast that was excellent. The pool area that had enough sun beds for everyone . The size of the rooms that were very big and great value for money. All areas of the hotel kept very clean. Lovely gardens Nothing really. Just good value for money, and a very pleasant place to stay for a few days

The hotel is well run. It is in a good location. Rooms and common areas are well maintained and very clean. We went with small children in late January. Most of the other guests were older couples from Germany, so it was not a great place to bring kids. Because of this, I would not go back with kids but would recommend the hotel for an older couple. Food was more 3 star than 4 star, but still quite good value for money. I would only stay at the hotel if my room had a sea view as views from other rooms are not good. Most terraces get sun at some point of the day but the first room we were given was in the shade all day. The pool area is not particularly sheltered and can be quite windy. Many guests stayed on their room terrace instead so getting a terrace in the sun is important. The beach beside the hotel is big and not well sheltered. I think I would opt for a hotel with access to a more sheltered beach in future.

Staff was friendly, facilities are clean, however;it was a disappointing stay. Booked and paid for 2 seaview rooms, and the only seaview was if one stood on the patio table and looked over the roofs of the building. Quality of food has gone down drastically since our stay last Christmas. Overcooked, and overly ripe food. On the last night of our stay, had a bite of a bony fish which I didn't finish because of a funny taste and woke up the next morning with food poisoning from which it took me 4 days to recover. Location was fab right on the beach, staff very friendly, food was good with a good selection, coffe excellent, free wifi, fridge & microware in room. Animation manager very good. Life guard on duty. Unfortunately because it is on the beach when it was very windy there was no shelter. Rooms were good size but basic. No bidet. Being in the superior room meant you were overlooking the beach walkway so for privicy not great.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are exceptionally friendly, on arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost. The food was delicious in the restaurant and the pool area was fantastic with more than enough sunloungers. The room we stayed in was beautiful, we will most definitely be returning to Las Costas!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel food was excellent, well cooked and catered for all tastes. Hotel very well situated in Peurto del Carmen and convenient for reaching beaches, shops, restaurants, Old Town, and not too far from the Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there, and wouldn't hesitate to use Las Costas again.

Las Costas is a really nice hotel, the food is great. I'm a fussy eater and I've been to many all inclusives where its just tons of mediocre food. Here there isn't as much quantity but the quality is miles better. They have a fresh meats sstations every night where chefs cook your pork/fish (always tends to be pork and fish) and sometimes chicken, duck, beef to order. The salad bars is plentiful and breakfasts are great too. The rooms and spotless as is the grounds and the staff are really helpful. If you order a bottle of wine at the begginning of your holiday then the staff will keep it in the fridge for you each night if you don't drink it all I think charging 2 euros a day for an in room safe in a 4star hotel is a little bit much, could have a better choice of tv channels, only really news in english. Also for me and my partner, it was a little far out from the main hub of bars (only about 20 mins walk which sometimes was welcome!).

Spacious room, hotel is just 2 min. walk from the ocean, very good location Buffet was not at the level of 4-stars hotel, stuff was not as friendly and helpful as I would expect, ridiculous coin-operating system to use the hotel pc and absence of wifi in rooms, cleaning service was poor (we left a room, put the notice "please clean", came back after five hours - and the room was still not touched!!! And this continued for several days!!!) etc.... Overall - I would never say the hotel is at the level of the declared 4 stars.

The pool area was nicely laid out The staff were rude, The rooms were very plain for a "four star hotel", There is actually a dress code for the restaurant that doesn't allow you to wear shorts - although it was above 30 degrees everyday for the majority of our stay. I will not be staying at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

almost all of the girls on reception were very friendly and helpful and the girl who looked after our room was very thorough and frieldly. the girl on reception as we arrived on Saturday 7th January was efficient but unfriendly. The food selection was very poor this year, it appeared as if we were offered the same food every day with little or no variation. The facilities for those who have mobility difficulties are totally inadequite and because of this I don't think I will use your hotel next year as our experience this year was the complete opposite to that of last year.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were brilliant it was only a 10 minute walk to the heart of everything it was a buffett style restaurant and there was plenty of food for every taste from salads to steaks really a lovely hotel would reccomend it to anyone. 1 fault and only one fault and it was the toaster at breakfast you had to put the bread in 3 times for it to cook rite. That is my only fault about the hotel but as you can see its a very small one

The hotel was very relaxing - staff friendly and helpful - hotel extremely clean - food very good and plentiful - We would have preferred a room which was south facing in order to avail of the lovely little balconies with the rooms - only a small complaint - not really a complaint - we can`t all have the best rooms

The hotel was fabulous, and the food perfect. The whole complex was spotless, and the location was just right where we wanted. I could not fault this hotel in any way.The apartment style rooms were cosy, and right on the beach. We would not hesitate to go back again next year..

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beach front was amazing and it was fairly close walk to the centre of the town. The hotel was superb but it was definitely more of a couples/ mature / family atmosphere. Just as a warning for younger travellers.

The hotel is located in a great location for the beach, a door from pool area. The pool itself & surroundings are fab, nice sunbeds & lots to do or not if u just want to relax. The structure is upto date & is luxurious. A must for disabled travellers as there is no need to use any steps. The pool is beautiful & spotless. The pool bar is a shade from the sun. Theres also a jacuzzi beside pool. Drinks & food are not overpriced. The half board option is the best. Breakfast buffet is fab. It's not a huge structure , which makes it all the better & cozier. Most of the staff are really nice. I'm coming back for a mini break in December !. It's defo earned 4 stars. Bedrooms bright & spacious There's a beautician & hairdresser here too. I had a fab massage!!. The beds are not very comfortable. I'd a sore back. But its all spotless. Also it seems that reception are much nicer with German tourists , who make up the bulk of people. I found myself thinking the Spanish waiters should be on reception!!. They were so nice
