almost all of the staff were excellent,breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning,the pool was not too busy. water aerobics were fun. The cleaning staff were excellent and very pleasant. The Resurant floor manager in the evening was quite rude to us as we are are a young couple, and when he spoke to older coulpes he was far more pleasant. For this reason we only ate in the resturant one evening out of 7 despite having paid for half board. |

Location was great, complex, smimming pools brillant, There was plenty of sun beds at the pool to choose from. Staff friendly hotel rooms very small and outdated. Carpet in the rooms was horrible. There was a smell in our room, balconey very small. We had a young baby with us and the room was just not practical. |

I enjoyed the pool i thought it was very clen. I felt that there was a good range of entertyainment at night and it was an excellent distance fron the town. I did not like the staff at the hotel i felt they were not very helpful and quite ignorant. |

realy enjoyed the relaxed atmostfear and entertaiment the dancing every night was great.it was the best holiday we had in years. would have liked a cup of tea with our dinner but thats an Irish habit. |

The staff and location are very good and myself & family have enjoyed a number of holidays unfortunately this year the cleanliness and the overall decor of the rooms were very shabby which was very disappointing. Would be relunctant to return or recommend this hotel in furure. This in my opinion should not be rated a 4* hotel. |

The selection of meals - the pool areas - the location (on the beach) - the room (3rd floor) sea facing was quiet through the night ensuring a good nights sleep. Minor detail there is no direct lift to 3rd floor from reception - we had to go to first floor. Not a problem for us as, fortunately we are both quite fit - however could be troublesome for people who are ess mobile? |

the activities programme and the entertainment was excellent. The featured acts every night were first class. The staff were all friendly and helpful, food very good and a great choice. All in all really enjoyed stay and would recommend to friends.Well done. |

When I was allocated a very poor Junior Ex suite, I was accommodated immediatey by the staff. The Food , wa excellent in quantity/quiality. the facilities were 1st class. The staff were customer focused. The design , pool, grounds and aspect and location were perfect Allocated worst Junior Ex room at the outset. |

Every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice location on the quiet start of the strip and just on the beach. Very nice pool and pool-area with a well arranged tropical garden. The breakfast, good choice and quality. All the extras- use of the in-room safe, mini-bar(even as a fridge), no tea/coffee facilities in the room, no drink and coffee to the dinner even though half board. Dinner was a bit dissapointing. Well dated and conservative decor(but clean and well maintained) |

daily activities and entertainment at night was excellent also the room staff were extremly friendly. breakfast was predictible no variation,sausages were tasteless would have liked irish/english sausages/bacon sometimes. Sun loungers at the pool are poor quality they should be upgraded to a better quality |

View, location, food, staff....Dagmar very helpful. kids club excellent when I stayed in summer. I feel the upolstery/design in the bedrooms could be better, upstairs corridor carpets could be better, soft furnishing could be updated downstairs seating area. Coffee after dinner in restaurent would be nice, also better coffee in am at breakfast |

Te food for a 4 star hotel was only ok. Same old same old every monring for breakfast. Not enough choice for evening meal. We travelled with a child, felt the chilrens pool/ play area shoved to the furtherest point away from rest of pool area fell isolated almost. Not a hotel for families with young children. More a retirement home feel to the place. Will return again in 40 years please god. |

Due to flight delay we were quite late checking in - 9.30 pm. The welcoming and quick thinking check in staff member suggested we and another couple, go directly to the dining room, where we received friendly and efficient service from the waiting staff although dinner service was nearly finished. We were tired and hungry and so appreciated their understanding behaviour. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly without exception all through our stay. Great efforts were made to serve a wide variety of food, including plenty of vegetables! The evening entertainment was varied, with something different every night. Good location, beach walks and town walks and lovely room, with balcony and good views. My husband and I will be back! I'd find it hard to find something we did'nt like. Oh, the hairdryers could be upgraded to something with more power or maybe available to hire, to save bringing ones own. |

The personnel of the hotel offered an excellent service and especially younger children were given much attention. The hotel is situated beautifully, right down to the beach, its garden is lovely and so is the pool area. And last but not least, the food served at the hotel (buffet) was generally delicious with lots of different dishes/pastries etc. so everyone would be able compose a meal to his/her liking. |
