Les infrastructures : piscine eau de mer d'une bonne dimension où l'on peut nager pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner dehors proximité plage

Chambre vieillissante : état de la moquette ,salle de bain , balcon.Tout est à rafraîchir. Personnel ne parle pas du tout français

Ecarté du centre ville ( 5min à pied ) et à 10 min de l'aéroport . Très calme ,cadre magnifique jardins avec sentiers fleuris et arborés . Tout l'hôtel ainsi que les abords sont parfaitement entretenus . Nourriture variée et excellante . Nombreuses excursions possibles au départ de l'hôtel et également divers transports au pied de l'hôtel ( bus , taxis ) .

Pas de possibilités de parler Français uniquement anglais , allemand et espagnol .

Très bien situé. Belles piscines et aménagement soigné. Buffets excellents. Personnel très agréable. -soirées animées et agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste de la Direction à l'occasion de l'anniversaire d'un participant.

Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du bain turc durant notre séjour. La connexion wi-fi était parfois lente.

My wife and I stayed in the San Antonio Hotel recently the Hotel is well situated at the quiet end of the strip into Puerto Del Carmen which for us was ideal, the hotel is close to the beach and has two swimming pools. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast is buffet style and the choice is extensive. On my wife's birthday there was a bottle of Cava in the room when we came up from a day by the pool which was a very nice gesture. This was our first trip to Lanzerote, we will return and will stay in the San Antonio again.

The only negatives are the air conditioning did not work, which is OK if there is a breeze, but unbearable if not. To use the fridge in the room there is a charge of €6.50 per day, this we found to be excessive.

Very nice hotel, good value for money and good facilities. Staff were not friendly or helpful. - No smiles or thank you's!!!

Unfriendly staff

Great hotel, sea room, 3 pools, quite, many families but all kids are occupied all day, only few were noisy, it's noted that it is kept quite at pool area and at night, very relaxing, plenty space at pool area, adults tend to goto upper pool, views great, evening buffet was great and great value, reception staff very helpful, close to quite side of island and quick taxi to old town for Clubs. Also public bus service is very good outside hotel door. Courtesy room for shower was great before return flight. Would go back on halfboard. No twenty somethings drunk at all in hotel just people relaxing.

Not alot, drink expensive in hotel so went to bars down street for lunch as well. the extra costs for fridge and coffee in room is mean and a bit pathetic. But did without both

i loved the top pool so relaxing

Very closed to the beach. We went on the beach five times during three night stay. A variety of foods for breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Pool water was too cold to swim in this seasom. Heated pool should be there so that small children enjoy the pool.

I did not have to move outside the hotel for anything as everying in the hotel was excellent

Haveing to pay for the use of the fridge

mostly everything, room, pools, gardens,eating experiance, evening shows,hotel in general, location,the area and pricing. would be hard to fault.my standards are high and i,ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in europe over many years. too many people give rave reviews because they have only sampled moderate hotels prior to the one their raving about. not me this is the real deal.

no tea facilties in room but could be hired. safe box ditto. fridge ditto. no tea or coffee at dinner.

We liked the location and the sea views

Hotel needs upgrade carpets in room were dirty also carpet in dining room were old and well worn .Seats in room were uncomfortable .

Loved the location Loved the entertainment Loved the food ( excellent waiter/waitress service ) Reception Staff very friendly and extremely helpful Excellent maid service and having the rooms cleaned early was an added bonus Your apple and chocolate muffins at the pool bar...yum yum yum Looking forward to a return visit
