Location: Hotel is located between old town and new town. Step away from a lovely beach. Food: Breakfast had plenty to choose from, something for everyone. The snack bar is reasonably priced too but stopped serving at 4pm. We didn't opt for dinner but outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Entertainment: Daily fun and activities at the pool for kids and adults, water areobics etc. There are lots of good disco bars and nightclubs for all ages a short walk from the hotel. Accomodation: Clean towels are provided daily at reception for sunbeds, room is kept spotless, change of towels daily, all kitchen equipment is kept very clean. All rooms have a balcony with either a pool or beach view. Shopping: Hotel has its own handy supermarket, loads of shops located around and is a five min walk to a big shopping centre with shops like Zara etc, the shopping is not cheap so you wouldnt really bother. Overall I reccommend this hotel for any age group, will be returning. The bed in the room was quite hard and the noise of toilets flushing at night are very loud. The hairdryer in the room was very poor so I had to rent one from reception for €10 for the week, which was ok. There are quite a few broken sun beds around the pool. Drinks around the pool are expensive at €2.50 for a small cup of coke, I reccommend buying drinks and ice cream etc from the supermarket at half that price.

Activities for Adult and kids were good, aqua fit every day to help you work off the lovely meals from the night before. Location of hotel was great, close to both new and old town for restaurants and just on the beach for building sandcastles. Breakfast was included in our booking and was great. Both hot and contintental options. The only problem was the availability of sunbeds. My husband was up from 7 each morning at the pool to keep a sunbed by the kids pool. And even if you didn't want a sunbed in a particular location, most of the sunbed were taken by about 8.30 so if you weren't down early you wouldn't get one. I would recommend the hotel to friends but would also feel obliged to explain the 'sunbed situation' so they would get the full picture before committing to booking.

Rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday, there is an army of cleaners at this hotel, excellent pool area, excellent breakfast, beach right on your doorstep, Hotel is located between the old town and new town. Air con is only in the living room and is not the best, but it is adequate. For people travelling with small kids there are 3 steps in all apartments between kitchen and living area which are tiled (there are gates available I think). I travelled with a 2 year old but had no issues

size of apartment - normally hotel rooms in Lanzorote are small that is why decided on apartment . looking forward to shop opeing - please stock quality items rather than the same TAT that is everywhere on the island Entertainment should be more geared towards the clientele at this time of year ( winter) playing loud music and 'crazy game' to the over 40 ies is riduculuosly childish, have a plan in place to store the sun bed matresses when raining as by the time the sun does come out it is not enough time to dry before the next shower. Put teapots and trays on breakfast Buffet ( safety and convience and less traffic at the buffet)dangerous people wandering around with cups of hot liquid in their hands. Finish breakfast at 11.00 instead of 10.30 - we're on holiday !!

Quality buffet breakfast. Comfortable and receptive reception area. Very attractive and comfortable poolside area with immediate proximity to beach if required. The lack of comfortable seating in the lounge area of the suites.

Size of our suite. Water and wine and fruit a lovely gesture in room Pool area, people placing towels on sunbeds early morning. Then not returning to use them until later . This would stop me using the hotel in future. This needs to be controlled.

The location is excellent and is really suitable for people with young children. The breakfast which was included was very nice with a good range of choice. The staff present at breakfast were very friendly, accomodating and made families welcome. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and the rooms were kept very clean. The mini disco in the evening was also enjoyable but the drinks could be a bit pricey. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach was fantastic. This meant that children could easily move between both the pool and the beach and parents did not have to be dragging buckets, spades, towels etc over long distances- a frustration that we have often experienced in other resorts The fariones reception staff were unable to book a taxi that could take 5 people to the airport. This meant we had to take two taxis which doubled the cost. I would recommend that if you are booking two rooms ( to accomodate 2 adults and 3 young children ) that you specify in your booking that you want both rooms to be side by side. We ended up with the rooms being a significant distance apart and this was not rectified until the third night. This was very inconvenient and was not the best start to an otherwise very enjoyable holiday.

Great location! Hotel a bit outdated! Hotel very noisy, woken up every morning to the cleaners, Walls must be very thin as you could hear everything and everyone in the hotel! Not enough sun beds, taught the days of getting up at the crack of Dawn to save a bed were gone! No fridge in the room, no aircon just a fan! For the price of the hotel would of expected air con!

Beautiful swimming pools and gardens, good food, luxury lobby, bar and restaurant, proximity to the beach. Bedrooms not up to the standard expected. Prices of alcoholic drinks too high.

(We booked the Suite Fariones, but they had a problem on arrival and asked us to move to the Fariones Hotel next door, we did and were very pleased) Hotel Fariones Overall, very good facilities, friendly staff, but most of all, the food was excellent. Dinner was buffet, but with good variety and changing every night. There was also a choice of four cook to order joints every evening (as well as the full choice buffet), two fresh fish, chicken and steak. Breakfast had a good choice hot and cold buffet. Just a little comment, More sun loungers and sun brollies, having to get up at 7.15am to ensure a seat and brollie is not my idea of a lazy holiday.

Everything was perfect from start to finish, building and rooms immaculately kept so clean and every facility you could want, so relaxing, amazing location direct access to beach, gorgeous big towels provided for free, fantastic padded cushions on pool side lyouts, Staff were exceptional, nothing was a problem, anything we requested was Yes and immediate without hesitation. Great courtesty facilities for late flight departures also providing room for bags and room to shower etc We stayed b&b and food was briliant also. Location is so central, on beach and next to all bars and shops and restaurants. Definately will be back, suits couples, families or group of friends.

Very good location being next to the beach and close to the old town. Good choice at breakfast and staff very friendly. Our room was on top level which was not a problem as the lift was nearby. However, the lift was very noisy. Also, the hotel has a policy of not reserving sunbeds with towels, this policy was not enforced. Guests continually left their towels on sundbeds but many beds were not used. Very frustrating to try and find a sunbed in the morning and none were available. If I was hotel management, I would have thrown all of the towels in the pool !!!!!!!! PS It wasn't just the Germans!!!!

On arrival our party of six were qiuckly boooked in and shown to our "suites". Holiday got off to a good start with the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit. Pool area first class and well maintained with excellent lounging facilities, towels also supplied which meant room in the suitcase for duty free! Two trips and you are on the beach which can be viewed from all the apartments. We were bed and breakfast and could not fault the range and quality of food. Staff were friendly and professional. Convient to the old town and main entertainment area of the resort. Will use this hotel again as we had a very relaxing and enjoyable hoilday. First class and value for money.

The location is excellent, in town centre with the old town just a short walk away and the newer part of town on the other side. Our appartment was on the same side as the night time entertainment so we had to endure the music whether we liked it or not. It did finish by midnight and everything was quiet after that.
