Very comfortable room fabulous terrace with loungers. Hotel is a little tired here and there but still up in the higher bracket. Free private parking. Good fairly priced menu with good wine and drinks at reasonable prices. Great views over the Marina. Staff very helpful and friendly short taxi trip in to town to ferry and shopping. Recommend trip on ferry over to Cadiz under 3 euro. Will return to this hotel again without any doubt very enjoyable stay.
Very careful of Mozzies this time of year. Little difficult to find as signage not all that clear.
Clean, spacious room & bathroom, and great value. Staff also friendly.
Location is a little away from city centre but it is near some beaches.
The views were amazing from room/restaurant/bar. Well worth getting a room with a balcony as both are extremely spacious. Clean and cool, just what was needed on a hot day in August!
Not very organised for breakfast. No bowls for fruit/cereal and had to search for extra utensils as staff seemed to stay in the kitchen.
There was no working air con in the room. Bath was rusty and scratched with taps that were wobbly and we could only seem to get hot water out of! No windows in bathroom and no working ventilation. Bed was not a double bed as requested, rather two singles shoved together. Biggest pool was completely drained of water plus area itself was not as was described website. Hotel was in a small town of its own far away from Puerto de Santa Maria (not walking distance) with absolutely nothing to do in the area unless you fancied sailing! As I found out we had booked into a Yacht Club! No description of this at all on booking.com. There were no drinks in the mini bar and when we asked about ordering some drinks up to the room we were told we could go to the restaurant, buy them and take them to the room ourselves! Then to top it all off in the middle of the night a very loud banging started coming from the vent in the bathroom, didn't get any sleep first night. When we complained the next morning we found out that amazingly they knew about the banging noise, it was a loose pipe and had to come into our bathroom to fix it (why they put us i this room to begin with if they knew about this, I don't know) but much to our annoyance the banging started again the next night. In the end we had to change rooms. At least the new room had air con and no banging noise! Absolutely dreadful hotel, do not recommend it to anyone at all. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and very expensive for what it was. Not 4 stars at all, wouldn't give it any to be honest.
We had to ask for a change of rooms. The bathroom smelt of drains. It was not very clean.
Loved cruise liner nautical decor
Views from room, room and balcony size. Style of decor, stunning setting for supper.Just excellent though a bit out on a limb re rest of Puerto St Maria.
Difficult to find your road way in if not exploring it carefully on Google Map.
Very comfortable beds! Very spacious!
Lack of a balcony. I wish i had known the resort is not in the city of Cadiz.
Pleasant staff. Breakfast on the patio. Easy parking.
The double room was a little small but adequate. Only one bedside cupboard and light. Only one chair provided.
Staff were exceptional
Nothing to say
Location in front of harbour with fantastic views.
Large comfortable rooms with enormous balcony and incredible sea views. The Staff were professional, efficient and extremely helpful.
Everything was superb
I like this hotel very much. I stay there with my wife once per month and It always give us a really good time. Staff is very kind, specially Mrs Rivero, who attended us really well
The wifi connection does not work properly and they have not fixed this issue yet
Stunning sea views, spacious rooms and comfy bed.
Interesting interior decor very much in the modern nautical style. Good location to get to the catamaran to Cadiz.
We were there in the second week in October and although we thought the marina would be a good place for bars restaurants etc it was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. There are a selection of cafe's and bars a short walk away near the beach front where more people seem to visit. Our hotel room was quite small but clean and in reasonable condition. The hotel it's self was very quiet and lacked a little atmosphere. The restaurant did not appear to be open but we did see snacks a the bar.
the location is excellent. we had a large private terrace overlooking the harbour and a splendid view to Cadiz on the other side of the bay. bed 2m x 2m
bathroom is smallish and the bath is rather narrow
Nice views, clean
doors were designed so poorly that there were a lot of noice from the corridor (when other guests come at night)
