The friendly and efficient excellent service from the staff. Excellent breakfast and value for money. Ideal location for visiting Santander and nearby beaches. Walking distance to Ferry terminal and a few minutes by taxi to the Airport.

This was our second stay due to it's convenient location to the ferry terminal. The staff on both occasions have been superb. Yes the room is a little small and the noise levels between rooms and from the street a little high but this is fairly normal in Spain. It is also very convenient for the shops, restaurants or a walk along the prom

You pay a little more for a sea view room, but I'd say (and my family is from there) that you get the best views, quality and service in Santander. The only quibble I have is that there's no free WiFi access even with the more expensive rooms, and the cost was quite high for a whole day. In this day and age most hotels offer free internet in the rooms as a standard service.

Location and view. Glad to see there were two seats and a table to enjoy the view. Room was smaller than expected for the price. But it was comfortable. However,there were no slippers nor dressing gown. A free bottle of water would not go amiss , considering the price.

I stayed at the Vincci hotel last weekend with three close friends. We were extremely impressed with the warmth of the staff, from the lady who checked us in on reception who was so helpful assisting us in getting our bearings, from the guy who ran the breakfast service, who was effecient and friendly, to the bar lady who served us drinks on the terrace. I feel the people working in this hotel is one of it's strong points. The hotel was very comfortable, but I did feel the beds a little hard, but maybe that's just me!! We were delighted to be allowed stay in our rooms for an additional hour before checking out... This enabled us to have a much more relaxed morning before we travelled home. Some hotels would be very strict on this, but we found the Vincci very accommodating and were delighted with this. I would certainly recommend as we all really enjoyed our stay in Santander. The beds are a little hard, and the walls are a little thin!

Freindly & welcoming. Comfortable, very well positioned for shops, restaurants and beaches. Also in close proximity to Magdalane & Sardinero both well worth visiting. Could have a greater food choiceand dinner service.

En general todo. especialmente en la que llaman hatació panorámica en la última planta Las habituaciones son muy pequeñas, pero las vistas lo compensan. Los colchones son de la oferta del hiper, no están a la altura del hotel y del precio, algo subsanable, espero...

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor instalaciones mas que aceptables acorde a un 4 estrellas y limpieza sobresaliente, y lo mejor su situacion, centrico pero tranquilo y rodeado de lugares donde tomar algo. Lo recomiendo.

Muy buena atencion en el servicio de recepción tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Y un detalle muy bueno del hotel es que dejan en la puerta de la habitación la prensa del dia. Lounico malo es que habia una farola justo al lado de nuestra habitacion, y que molestaba un poco.

Ubicación y vistas. El Colchon es bastante incomodo. Se notan los muelles. No es confortable. Es una pena porque el hotel esta perfecto por lo demás. La gerencia debería tomar nota y mejorar. La esencia del negocio es dormir a gusto. Ocupe la habitación 306.

Me ha gustado la ubicacion y las vistas que eran al mar, aunque la habitacion me pareció un poco pequeña. El desayuno me pareció estupendo el tamaño de la habitación, por lo menos la que utilizamos nosotros. En el baño faltan cepillos de dientes y gel para 2 personas ya que solo había para una persona. Se que se puede pedir pero resulta engorroso y es mejor que esté en la habitacion maxime cuando se sabe que la van a ocupar 2 personas
