Good proximity to the beach. Helpful staff. Free wifi works (and when it went down the staff actually took action to fix it). The cafe downstairs is terrible. Worst cortado/cafe I've had in Spain. The toiletries are very much lacking. The bed is, as usual in Spain, too hard. |

Spacious and clean room. Near the Las Canteras beach into the city. Noisy room. The TV was far away from the bed... you didn't get a glue what are you watching for. |

The hotel was excellent, instead of staying for 3 nights, we decieded to stay for the whole week! The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms are very clean and the staff nice. Very good choise for a stay in Las Palmas, can recommend highly and we will be back! |

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great, especially if you're looking for an easy access to the beach. Many nice restaurants nearby. The internet worked really well, even if I had to transfer huge files. If only they could make it work in the rooms, too! However, the lobby is very comfy and there was enough room to work in privacy. Also, Wifi seems to work in the hotel side of the cafe, so that's were I started my mornings, sipping coffee and fresh orange juice. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. During the carnival it can get quite noisy... didn't bother me, though. For my taste, the beds were a bit hard. |

friendliness of staff, clean rooms i would definately recommend this hotel to any1! the rooms at the back had no view. the window opened on to a ventilation shaft which didnt provide enough light and air therefore the room was very stuffy, in sayin this my friend got a room with a balcony which was nice. |
