VIK Hotel San Antonio

almost all of the staff were excellent,breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning,the pool was not too busy. water aerobics were fun. The cleaning staff were excellent and very pleasant.

The Resurant floor manager in the evening was quite rude to us as we are are a young couple, and when he spoke to older coulpes he was far more pleasant. For this reason we only ate in the resturant one evening out of 7 despite having paid for half board.

I enjoyed the pool i thought it was very clen. I felt that there was a good range of entertyainment at night and it was an excellent distance fron the town.

I did not like the staff at the hotel i felt they were not very helpful and quite ignorant.

Friendly & helpful staff, very good buffet style dining, comfortable rooms & excellent value for money.

The staff and location are very good and myself & family have enjoyed a number of holidays unfortunately this year the cleanliness and the overall decor of the rooms were very shabby which was very disappointing. Would be relunctant to return or recommend this hotel in furure.

This in my opinion should not be rated a 4* hotel.

The dining room staff are always very nice and the food is good

the activities programme and the entertainment was excellent. The featured acts every night were first class. The staff were all friendly and helpful, food very good and a great choice. All in all really enjoyed stay and would recommend to friends.Well done.

Every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice location on the quiet start of the strip and just on the beach. Very nice pool and pool-area with a well arranged tropical garden. The breakfast, good choice and quality.

All the extras- use of the in-room safe, mini-bar(even as a fridge), no tea/coffee facilities in the room, no drink and coffee to the dinner even though half board. Dinner was a bit dissapointing. Well dated and conservative decor(but clean and well maintained)

I feel the upolstery/design in the bedrooms could be better, upstairs corridor carpets could be better, soft furnishing could be updated downstairs seating area. Coffee after dinner in restaurent would be nice, also better coffee in am at breakfast

Te food for a 4 star hotel was only ok. Same old same old every monring for breakfast. Not enough choice for evening meal. We travelled with a child, felt the chilrens pool/ play area shoved to the furtherest point away from rest of pool area fell isolated almost. Not a hotel for families with young children. More a retirement home feel to the place. Will return again in 40 years please god.

The personnel of the hotel offered an excellent service and especially younger children were given much attention. The hotel is situated beautifully, right down to the beach, its garden is lovely and so is the pool area. And last but not least, the food served at the hotel (buffet) was generally delicious with lots of different dishes/pastries etc. so everyone would be able compose a meal to his/her liking.
