Location - Casa Mila just round the corner, Sagrada Familia around 15 min walk, proximity to metro. Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen and private fridge for guest. Design & cleanliness - a cozy place to stay

- the only criticism is about the sink is a bit small and not much space around around the sink area

The hotel has really exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, the hosts are really helpful and friendly! I liked the design as well and it was very clean and quiet. I felt like I'm at home. Thank you very much guys and good luck! Hope to see you again when I'll be back to Barcelona!

Very friendly host, modern facilities. The house is very close to the metro; many restaurants and a supermarket are also close by.

Exceptionally friendly staff (who answered my questions via e-mail promptly). The room was spacious,very clean and nicely decorated. There is a good hairdryer in bath room, Wifi was working well. In the common kitchen they have a individual frige and even Nespresso Machine as well(it's all free to use). It was located in a nice, active area, and very close to the metro station Diagonal.With the price I get from Booking.com, very good value for money.

Nothing wrong, but since I like the feel of open space, next time I try to get a room with balcony. A room faced to the small court had a bit of closed feeling.

The Guest House is located in C/ Rossólo in L'Eixample nearby train, metro and bus and just a stones throw from Gaudi's La Pedrera. There is an elevator to the fourth floor, which is historic (c. 100 yr old) and in fact working extremely well. Safety is high because the front door to the street is closed as well as the door to the hostel. The room is cosy with elegant modern design and good electrical plugs to recharge camera, iphone, ipad etc., and WIFI works well and is free. There are shared facilities such as kitchen equipped with refrigerator for each room. Free coffee and tee. Dining room and living room. In the backyard one of the neighbours is La Pedrera. It's a really nice place for long stays and for making new friends.

One day there was something smelling from the bathroom originating from the sink, however this was temporary and disappeared.

Standard of accommodation is fantastic. Location superb. Uri is extremely helpful with information about the city, sights and excellent recommendations about bars and restaurants. Free wifi and laundry facilities.

This is a very good 'home', it is near to the Case Batllo and Casa Mila. It is very convenient to go to any places, save much money and time. The house has a very good design, clean and comfortable. Also, the host can speak English naturally and very very nice! Free Wifi is fast !

I'm almost satisfied about every aspect of this hotel! First due to its great location that so close to the metro station and main street, plus it is just situated at the back side of the famous Casa Mila so it would be very convenient for you to reserve a special night tour of the magnificant buiding. The room is new, clean and well arranged, with the common facilities of full-occupied kitchen, loundry stuff, a huge dining table, a modern sitting room and a book shelf full of all kinds of books. Besides, the homeowner is so friendly, offering us practical trip advises and even help us to buy online tickets for the Sagrada Familia and print the reservation. Even after we check out, he allowed us to deposit our luggage in the hotel and offer us the keys in order to fetch them later. So adorable :) Next time I come to Barcelona this hotel is defenitely the prime option for me!

Our room overlooking Casa Mila was absolutely wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite excellent AND spotless. The guest kitchen were emaculate and had everything you could wish for. Uri was the perfect host; always welcoming, very helpful and a real gentleman! We will definitely go again and wish we had stayed longer!

The satellite television didn't work in my room but I was given a discount.

When I return to barcelona I will definitely be stopping here again. Clean, comfortable, a great host in Uri who is very knowledgeable & helpful about the things to do & the places to go in Barcelona. Aswell as your room guests also have a kitchen area, living room area for their use & are also able to use the washing machine which was great for me as I was travelling around spain. La crepsi across the road serve great food at a good price and nellos bar just 100 yards away serve a fantastic selection of continental beers. Also the city tour bus for both routes stop very close to the hotel.

Quarteprimera is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The location in Barcelona is perfect, right next to the metro, close to beautiful shops, and many restaurants. It is in the same block as "La Pedrera" de Dali, and guests can see it across the courtyard from the salon or if you are lucky enough to stay in room #1 you can view it from your own sitting area. Staying at Quarteprimers feels like you are a guest in a friend's very stylish and comfortable home. There is a beautifully equipped kitchen for guest use and your own refrigerator. Everything is beautifully maintained and clean. The common areas are luxurious and beautiful, and best of all, Uri is a welcoming, attentive host, ready to offer excellent assistance and advice.

There is nothing I didn't like about Quartprimera.

Fantastic apartment and superb staff. Bright & spacious rooms with excellent facilities, including full sized fridge and cupboard in kitchen, for each room. Very well situated in central location. Staff very keen to assist in visitors making most of their stay, offering first rate advice when asked. I can't recommend Quartprimera highly enough!

1- Satellite/receiver: out of service 2- Can hear noise of others. 3- After 8:00 pm the guy at reception is not acailable. 4- You will hear the hotel's bell in case someone wants to enter and has no key. 5- no one cleand my room/bathroom during my 4-night stay.
