Hotel Quino  

One word is enought,EXCELLENT!!!!! I will be sending them a personal email in Spanish to thank them for their care and consideration to me as I was unwell on the morning I was leaving,nothing was too much trouble for them,I pointed out to them that it was not their fault I was ill,would you you believe it,I caught some sort of a virus before I had even got on the plane at Liverpool.!! The hotel was easy to find the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were basic but clean, and the breakfast was just what we needed. Would definately use the hotel again.

I thought it was a nice little hotel. There is room for improvement, rooms need a refurbishment. Shower was poor. Otherwise we were very happy there. Thank you

We chose this hotel whilst we were looking for property in the area.The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although a hot breakfast is not served the waiter will get hot scrambled eggs for you. Otherwise there is a choice of fresh bread, cheese, cold meat, muesli or cornflakes,yoghurts and fresh fruit, packet sponge cakes, tea or coffee and orange juice. The Hotel looks as if it has been refurbished as it has very pleasant modern furniture and gives a very clean, fresh look. It is also very close to a park and the beach is very close too. Would stay here again.

I was very late arriving (2am) and got incrediablly lost. The hotel staff waited up for me to arrive and when I called to say I was lost and couldn't find the hotel he drove around the town trying to find me - twice! You really couldn't have asked for better service. Also the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel had recently been refurbished downstairs (lobby, dining room, bar etc) and it was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff of the hotel were - without exception - extremely pleasant, helpful and were more than happy to help us with suggestions of places to eat, local trips to take and so on. The bedrooms, although not refurbished at the same time as the downstairs of the hotel, were clean and comfortable, and overall our stay at this hotel was very good value for money as well as being a very pleasant experience. I would be happy to return.

uninterrupted access to the internet was valuable. Proximity to all facilities in Guardamar, theatre, church, library, beach, parks, restaurants. Staff very friendly but they had as little English as I had Spanish.

Breakfast not good value. Room a bit small for furniture in it. Needs cosmetic attention. Rust on radiator in bathroom. shelf over the bathroom needs replacing.

Es un hotel realmente familiar. Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos nos trató estupendamente todo el personal del hotel, ya que es muy familiar y están para todo lo que necesites. Destacar las comidas que probamos, excelente cocina. La playa está muy cerquita (unos 300 M.) y la zona de bares/restaurantes también (5 min.). Os recomendamos este hotel.

La amabilidad de su personal. Buena relación calidad-precio, teniendo en cuenta que fuimos en temporada alta.

El trato del personal. Solo les falta reformar los cuartos de baño que son muy antiguos y están muy gastados,por lo demás todo perfecto.
